TUI BLUE グランドアズール(Tui Blue Grand Azur)

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here after a week of cruising. It was clean, the food was excellent, the entertainment was good, and it was a great spot on the front with its own beach area. Our room was side facing, but we had a great view of the mountains. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Best all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in, cannot fault anything.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and honestly we were so sad to go home having the best holiday we've had in a long time. The staff are just so attentive and can't do enough for you. The food is also delicious, so much on offer for every dietary requirement. We had a meal at the restaurant on the last night and came away so full it was all so tasty. We stayed in a room that faced the hotel opposite, you could hear the entertainment but it generally stopped at about 10.30 (the same time as our entertainment) so we didn't mind too much. I had a facial on the last day and my husband had a massage we would highly recommend each treatment, mine was done by a lovely lady called Ayse, I honestly came out glowing. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. Already pricing up for September.

The food was outstanding from Breakfast, Lunch and evening meal in the main restaurant. All of the staff were fantastic and hard working even in the overwhelming heat that has hit Turkey this week. We decided to eat in the rooftop restaurant tonight and yet again the food and service was brilliant. The entertainment most evenings has been very good and at midnight the staff asked remaining people sitting outside to come inside so that it did not disturb any other guests. The drinks, from beer, spirits to cocktails were all great. You have the choice of sitting and relaxing around the pool or just one minute away is the beach (you do require beach shoes and the. Sand is quite harsh). There is a great little bar on the beach as well and also the availability of hiring a comfortable sun bed on the pier. Overall I have had a fabulous trip and I will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future. Keep up the great work 😎

This hotel was fantastic! The food is very superior to anything in Turkey.. the taste was Amazing! The main bar staff were hard working and happy... We visited the Levante restaurant and it was superb!! The hotel caters for a lot of people so I can’t say a bad word! 24 hours snacks! Vodka was perfect for us. The wine wasn’t for me, however you can pay for a nice bottle..Beach fab with a bar too! We loved it and will return

The hotel building itself I have no complaints about, it was well kept and spotlessly clean. The staff all pleasant and helpful, the pool area is lovely and gardens well maintained. Entertainment reasonable, some very good, some average. The room ( with pool & sea view) was spacious, and cleaned to high standards. If you dont get partial sea view at least, then you will be front facing and over looking a busy road, with The Greasy Spoon "Restaurant" opposite lol. AL option meant drinks included, but I do feel that these were well watered down... I mean how many G&T's would you drink at home, certainly not 6 or 7 without being on your back!! Same went for cocktails, while pleasant and made in front of you, they still didn't pack a punch. I think if you were paying for your drinks on a as you basis you might get better value. The beach bar is lovely, very relaxing with a lovely view but I couldn't really understand why there was very few people there, (we we're the only ones on at least 7 nights, early evening, 6ish) it was a go to for us straight from pool for a cocktail or Gin before heading up to the room to shower & change. Quite why it isn't more popular is beyond me... at least here the Gin tasted like it had Gin in it (now I sound like an alcoholic) I'm not, but I do like to feel I'm having a drink all the same! The buffet restaurant is good, staff again lovely and cleanliness top notch, first impressions are WOW, loads to choice from & ample, however, nothing is particularly hot and sadly, some dishes despite its display, tasted relatively bland. I discovered a microwave third night which helped with one of these issues at least. Display of food is lovely , plentiful and really good choice, but sadly lacking flavour. However, I did manage to eat every night but would have liked something that got my taste buds alive. Day time there is a really nice pool bar, again, spotlessly clean with a selected menu. Staff all pleasant and polite. Great service. The pools are lovely, the sea this time of year was very cold but I do like to swim of a morning before breakfast and this certainly helped blow away any cobwebs. The hotel is well situated, with a walk along prom in either direction. We walked to Old Town Marmaris which is beautiful with an old castle (small) and cobbles streets and a harbour full of private yachts. Very up market as were the restaurants. This place has a much nicer vibe and you could see the difference in clientele. In the other direction, we walked to Icemar but once there, didnt feel we were missing out on much. The TUI Blue is surrounded by ample bars (some tacky!!), and restaurants. If you prefer to eat out then you should find something suitable. The prom is busy and you have plenty of bars with entertainment. I would possibly return to the hotel at a push, but perhaps not stay AL. (Although this area of Marmaris didn't quite hit the spot, Old Town did!!) Hope the review helps.

The food at the hotel was great, but we faced several issues during our stay. The room was very noisy, making it difficult for my daughter to sleep in the afternoon. We didn't expect noises from nearby hotels when we booked a room with a land view. The beer was undrinkable, and the other included drinks were also of low quality. The only high-quality inclusive drink was rakı, which we ended up drinking most of the time. The hotel has absolutely nothing for kids. I would recommend this hotel clearly states it’s for adults only, as there are no activities for children. The olive oil tasting was a highlight, but the night shows were very low quality, with poor performances by the singers and actors. The entertainment activities seemed tailored for guests aged 60 and above, as everything ended by 11 PM. We were expecting more dancing and nighttime activities. Other than the good food and the availability of sunbeds, we were not satisfied with our stay. Tomorrow is our last day, and we are not planning to book this hotel again. We had much more fun at a different hotel in Marmaris last year, and it was less expensive. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 6 out of 10.

We are just back from our 10 days in this lovely hotel. We honestly had the best time. We wasn’t a big fan of marmaris but that didn’t really matter as we did a lot within the hotel. The pool areas and beach were lovely and clean at all times. The staff - cannot do enough for you. The most loveliest people and we were sad to say goodbye to them. The snack bar was so good we ate there every day. The restaurant was full of choice and if anyone says there wasn’t much choice then I don’t know what more they could have done! The desserts and cakes were insane! Drinks were delicious and lots of choice! The only thing was the air conditioning at night wasn’t low enough and sometimes we woke up so hot and it wouldn’t turn down. We did speak to reception and someone came to look at it but not sure if it was just set to a certain temperature! Also when we checked out we were told there was a charge on our room for 59 euros which first he said was for drinks on the beach which we didn’t have then he said it was the days beds but we never booked those so we thought someone had used our room number. We checked out at half 2 in the morning so really didn’t need this but if someone had done this and not paid it wasn’t there fault. All in all a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel all day long. Thank you 🥰

The stay was everything ＞I had been led to believe from the ease of checking in to the room and all the facilities including the private beach. Was there anything I could improve to be honest no there wasn't. But one member of staff stood out above and beyond. Due to a mix up my luggage got left at the airport. Leslie the Tui rep was phenomenal!! Spoke to her and was reassured it was no problem at all. Sure enough 24 hours later my case arrived!!! Leslie reassured ne but also kept ne informed she really couldn't have done any more

Visited TUI Blue Grand Azur between 17th and 27th May, this is an honest review. The hotel is amazing, beautiful, clean in all areas, pool area nice, plenty of sunbeds, and entertainment every night. Breakfast - If you like eggs you will be fine as it is eggs galore, also plenty of fruit and yoghurt and various different pastries. Drinks are a plenty and the staff will serve these to you. Lunch - Main restaurant rather poor on selections although you will find something but the snack bar is much better Evening Meal - Main restaurant very poor on selection of foods and sometimes struggle to find something to eat. The Levante Restaurant is amazing and we wish we could have eaten there more than the once allowed for a 10 night stay. There are always sandwiches, cakes, fruit and non-alcoholic drinks available within the lobby area 24hours a day Bar areas - very clean but the choice of drinks included in the all inclusive is rather restricted. Only a few cocktails included as well. You can pay for premium and cocktail drinks for about 9 Euros each. Afternoon cakes were amazing All the staff were very pleasant and so helpful. Rooms amazing with plenty of storage space. Evening entertainment shows good but the music before and after the shows end poor My relatives have previously visited this holiday twice and had recommended it to us as the food was amazing when they came (September). Is this because we came earlier in the year we do not know. Would we return to this hotel? For the Hotel, rooms, pool, beach location YES for the food, drinks and before and after show entertainment NO.
