I have just had a wonderful holiday at blue bay platinum in Marmaris the food was outstanding hospitality exceptional the staff work very hard none stop and a gentleman in the restaurant called turtrkes always found us a table looked after us and his people skills are outstanding he is a people’s person he doesn’t stop serving you with drinks and always their to help what a gentleman I wish he worked for me Thankyou for a wonderful holiday Paul and Lisa xx

Just returned from a week away with husband and children, staff were a,ing and couldn't do enough for you. They get to know you well during your stay and have even added us on socials to stay in contact. Massive range of good food available. Room always clean and tidy. My husband and I went to the spa and it was very reasonably priced and well worth the money. We went on the Davy Jones boat trip and that was a massive hit with us all too. Entertainment was good and we met plenty of lovely friends to stay in contact with too. We are looking to go back again next year as none of us wanted to come home. Definitely 1 of the best holidays we have been on. The hair salon on site were amazing too and so was the photographer and tattoo parlour staff too. We have amazing good quality photographic memories which will last a lifetime

Very clean hotel, good facilities. Food is quite repetitive over 2 week stay. Sunbeds were ok to find for 1 person anytime of day but a bit more tricky for 2 after 10am. The adult pool was very peaceful and Alex the barman was superb, nothing was too much trouble, he really looked after everyone. Very nice and helpful chap. The beach is literally 2 mins from hotel and was ok too.

Good holiday. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms are very good. We spent most of our holiday at the beach, and the lads working on the beach couldn’t do enough for you. The pool area is clean, always managed to get a sunbed on the couple of days we decided to stay at the pool. Drinks by the snack bar are self serve and branded, ie Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite, etc. also had self serve coffee and juice machines. The bar’s had cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, iced coffees etc all included in the all inclusive package. We were lucky that we had a room facing the pool with a sea view, but it also overlooked the entertainment too. We are non smokers, and don’t have an issue with people smoking however, when we were there, I’m sure most of the guests were smokers and in the evenings after dinner we couldn’t get away from the cigarette smoke. The whole outdoor area from the pool bar to the shops was stinking of cigarettes. This kept triggering asthma attacks for me so ended up staying in my room after dinner. We could see the entertainment from our balcony but also had smokers on either side of us who spent the evenings on their balcony as well, so some nights we were ok on the balcony, others we just watched TV in the rooms and chilled out. The food at the hotel wasn’t very good compared to other hotels we have stayed in. We have been coming to Marmaris for years and have stayed in many different all inclusive hotels. I was very disappointed at the food here. Had better food in 3 star hotels. Breakfast was lukewarm if you were lucky, snack bar was ok, dinner was the same meats, quite fatty and tasteless, with the theme night changing on another section. If I came again, I would budget to eat out and not have food in the hotel. We came here as a cheap break as Tui had a fantastic price for 6 nights. It was a nice hotel though and would return if the price was right.

Great hotel. Room we were put in wasn’t what was expected but still decent and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. We especially enjoyed Turkes deniz Cabbar service in the restaurant. He was always happy and joking with us and made our holiday extra special. Thank you 😊

This is our fourth time at the hotel and we love it just love as much as the first time we came. The staff are so friendly and accommodating nothing is too much trouble! The team may change every year but they still give a great a level of service. The entertainment team do a great job of talking to everyone and getting them involved. Special shout out to Barbie, Mia and Charlie for being fab!

Just come back from a week in blue bay platinum and must say from start to finish it was awesome, all the staff can't do enough for you, the entertainment team work there socks off, Charlie's darts game made the holiday. The food is really good so much to choose from but if your travelling with fussy eaters then the snack bar is open from 11 where u can get a good selection of pasta pizza burgers hotdogs Southern fried chicken fish and chips, if u have a sweet tooth then you have vanilla patisserie where u can get ice cream and a range of cakes. Beds are really comfortable and nice big pillows had 7 nights of really good sleep. We also done the Davey Jones boat trip which again was a good day out

We had double room comfy beds room was over looking kids pool it was lovely, hotel very clean in all areas staff were lovely and helpful especially Barbie 😁 jeep safari is a great trip well worth the money if looking to book use Mr travel opposite hotel location is great

Blue Bay Platinum is great. The guest relation manager Huseyin Murat Yakin was absolutely amazing! very kind and so helpful. The hotel is so clean and smells so fresh. The waiters in the restaurants was so helpful, courteous , and did their very best to make my Holiday experience fantastic. Their names were Birhat , Ibrahim, Okgan , Galip and Verdat and Cabbar Sef. They would greet us with a big smile. The food was excellent too. Their is three choices of swimming pools and the bar man at the relax pool Alex was also 10/10 customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel and i will definitely return soon. Thankyou so much to all the staff for making out holiday so wonderful! :) :) :) :) ;) From Maria
