lovely room,very comfy bed,small chic boutique hotel and not a rush for sunbeds around pool. pool area was relaxing pool bar was not crowded,food selection was fine and you always found something good too eat. friendly staff also. Room 359 Mr Mrs Rawson

Just finished an all inclusive stay for 5 days. The weather was hot and perfect for the season. The beach was amazing. They're 2 deferent pools and one of them is quiet. Staff were always lovely - on the towels, coffee shop lady and bar guys, always smiling and ready to help. Slight downside were the cards and electricity for the rooms, they worked but not always and I am not sure why. Anyway the staff was very fast to help in every situation. Nearby there is shop for water activities and they made as deal just for staying in this hotel.

Barman Süleyman is the best. Hotel is super. Good beds. Best service. Great location. Very nice pool. Good beach and pier. ,...........................................................,.. .... ..............................................

Very good hotel the location is super and The food is very good. Clean. The staff are wonderful one special is sulayman always smiling and give a good service, the room clean. Thank you we had a lovely weekation at this hotel directly by the beach.

Yes Excellent hotel very helpful and clean. Food was OK but eaten out two nights. Need to pay for drinks in the mini bar in the room. Yes would go back.

As I reflect on my stay at the Elegance Hotel in Marmaris, I am filled with mixed emotions, largely due to the exceptional experience I had at the hotel. The quality of service surpassed my expectations, with the staff exhibiting professionalism and a genuine willingness to accommodate guests' needs with a smile. While I regret not recalling all the staff names, individuals like Süleyman, Bedirhan, Melih, and Yasin left a lasting impression. Opting for the all-inclusive package, I found the selection of non-alcoholic beverages satisfying, although I missed the presence of freshly squeezed orange juice. However, the variety and quality of food offerings were commendable, including unexpected fast-food options at the snack bar, which proved convenient during our excursion. Despite the hotel's age showing in some areas with noticeable wear and tear, issues such as a malfunctioning toilet door and Wi-Fi connectivity were promptly addressed by the attentive reception staff, who swiftly offered a room replacement. Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend the Elegance Hotel as a holiday destination, especially for its breathtaking sunrise views from the private beach. P.S. Please be advised that we went outside of holiday period and service quality may differ in busier periods.

We booked this hotel 3 weeks before got a great deal 1st time in this hotel but been going to Marmaris a lot of years tried many others but I got say this was best one we had stayed in food was great lots of choice does get a bit busy first thing before breakfast and tea but always plenty there it’s nice you can serve your own beer and wine in restaurant there is also a separate coffee shop where u can sit which is nice There is 2 pools one on front which plays all the music and a quieter one round the back food is served there from 12 so nice and quieter but it is for kids as well so in kids season will get bit busier Rooms were nice bed was quite big very comfy bed and pillows which you want we had a side sea view on 3 rd floor lovely view from balcony only downfall was night time with it bring on front we didn’t go bk room till after 12 but the Irish bar next door didn’t turn their music down after 12 which was quite annoying we ended up putting ear plugs in Very strict who comes in hotel as well from front Entertainment was on every night for few hours Would return again.
