Lovely hotel, friendly staff, close to everything but lots of noise from neighbour restaurant/nightclub until 02 at night.

Rooms ok for the £ , but thats where value stops , only 2 staff member will smile or talk to you Ozzy & Elvis , new guy brought in to run what they call bar area even though there's never anyone there , on his 1st day he told waiters to charge us 200tl for sunbathing on the pier , which belongs to hotel, very rude and ignorant man who is very selective who he talks too ( if you top him ) Sister took 4 days to get room change from attic on 6th floor , everyone passing buck , nothing like advertised , save your money n go elsewhere . 27yrs been going to marmaris . Will never look at this hotel again .

Bathroom needs full refurbishing. Worst of the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen on any hotel in Marmaris. Bathroom becomes a small lake when you are having a shower. Broken closet cap. Comfortable Mattress. AC works fine. Nice small balcony. Good location.

Good: the sea view, hotel location. Bad: everything else including ugly and dirty room, no table on the balcony, poor breakfast full of flies. Staff is useless to solve any of your issues. Management just dont know how to operate with hotel.

Hotel is clean rooms are a bit on the small side Staff are very good and happy to help Breakfast is Turkish but can order a full English for about £6 Best bits are the hotel is on the beach front with all the bars and restaurants The only downside and it's a big one is the photos of the hotel on on the beach are totally different as the restaurant is all plan white with no atmosphere The photos on the website are old photos and need updating

The guy at night reception is absolutely disgusting his attitude stinks! We had a horrible yellow pillow that was mouldy on the bed and he said don’t worry about it you have two beds use the other pillow and then I said no there is two of us and he said there is something white under the pillow case! I also Said could I change rooms as there was mould in mine and it was dirty and he said no not possible I said can I speak to the manager he said he didn’t have his number. Please AVOID at all costs hotel is a shambles and looks like a prison cell. Then you also don’t feel safe with the reception for you need to lock yourself away!!!

The rooms are good in a good location and with its own beach but the food is really bad and we are not very picky about it. Every night the same menu, some fries, rice and 4 chicken wings...We are pretty disappointed and hungry :(

Basic rooms, great location & sea views. Restaurant pester you to eat there, I chose steak and mrs chose carbonara as they bragged about new chefs & the food was CRAP. I told them to stick to Chinese. Rooms were £21, probably pay £40 peak season. Don’t expect much. Dated.
