Good sized apar**ent. Bedroom and separate living area/kitchenette. Balcony area. Big bedroom with plenty of storage space. Good aircon. Kitchenette had most things you would need for basic meals. Fridge and kettle provided. Bathroom on the small side but still fine. Nice owners, very kind and helpful. Quiet location at night. Good location, about a 10-15 minute walk to harbour/town area.

自駕到達城市很晚了，又為了找地方停車折騰了不少時間。有點老舊的公寓式酒店，還算乾淨。兩個房間，一間兩張床，一間放兩張沙發床。衞生間乾濕分離。房間可以燒開水，沒有瓶裝水，需要的話20里拉前台那裡可以買一大瓶。早餐食物不多各種營養也夠了。感覺多是土耳其人在住宿。距離城市出海遊覽碼頭不遠。

Very nice place and easy,the staff was Very polite,the room was comfortable and big.we stayed 3 days.we went to turkey, marmaris for shopping.we decide next year again to visit marmaris and we will stay again in blue yacht marina apart.we suggest to book there.

Four of us booked in here for 9 days and our grandson of 11. when i looked at the amenities it sounded great gym, pool, bar, restaurant, poolside bar, and childrens pool and a pool table which is what we wanted for my grandson. It had none of these things other than the pool just the apar**ents which were fine if thats all you were looking for, but if I had known that it hadn't got these things I never would have booked it. We had paid then asked where the bar was and realised it had none of what it advertised we asked for our money back and would go somewhere else. We were refused and take note that there are 4 floors and we were on the third we are in our sixties and it was difficult carrying cases up as there is no lift. These places should be vetted to make sure that they have what they say they have. I would never stay here again but as i said its fine it you just want somewhere to sleep.

Good points: staff were friendly and kind even though they don't always smile they are prompt to correct anything that has gone wrong. the property is clean, nice and friendly/funny dog Sushi. location was excellent for walking to most places - the bazaar, old town, shops, bars, clubs, marina and beach Bad points; condition of the rooms was not good, bathroom ceiling paint peeling and falling down, damp and musty/mould on ceiling. Shower head not fixed to the wall. Bedroom only one AC in and it blows directly onto the bed so you either freeze or you overheat. we ended up with a sore throat from the AC and my children sleeping in the living room were overheating at night. my friends room had bedbugs and so they had to move room which owner did promptly and got the rooms fumigated the next day. Kitchen very basic no microwave only one massive pot and a camping stove with two hobs. Not ideal if you have children no possibility to heat food and baby milk. room furniture also very bland. in the property no lift and we were on the 3rd floor. not good if you have small children, heavy luggage or coming back from a long walk and a night out. last thing you want to do is navigate all those stairs. Breakfast was Turkish as stated in the description. so you must be aware that Turkish breakfast is a boiled egg, salami, olives, bread and cheese with Turkish tea. we thought it was the same as continental with pastries but it is not. It was ok. for the price it is ok value for money.

My family and I (3 of us) had a great time in this aparthotel. We had two large rooms, with a balcony, AC and cooking facilities. We also got a delicious breakfast. There is a pool and basic gym facilities in this hotel too. The location is excellent and walking distance to all the major attractions, city centre, shops and restaurants. Excellent value for money. I don’t understand why some people having given it a low rating. We had a great time and highly recommend it!
