Everything was great 👍 good location the breakfast was nice and friendly worker's 😋 but a bid disappointed the lifts was not working cos I had back pains and the too terrace not opened. I will recommend that 👌.

酒店建築及內飾很有特色，衞生條件好，早餐豐富，品質好。酒店距離火車站近，出行便利。

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Room was brilliant with a separate sitting room and bedroom. Both had TV's and aircon. The hotel also had a hammam which was so good that it could get addictive. Breakfast was decent. Highly recommended.

Final two night of group tour. Heating worked well Hair dryer. Kettle. Spacious.(3 beds) !Secondary glazing .Lighting very dim. Big shower. Removable shower head. Very good breakfast. Fava. Porridge. Dates. Figs. Salad. Olives. as well a ubiquitous continental style pastries and cereals. Sadly they were just putting it out as I was leaving so I missed it on day 2. Located by main road (so easy to find) in modern suburb. 35/40 minutes walk from the old town area. Noisy nightclub/bar next door. Very poor choice of places to eat . All in that area seem to be attached to hotels and one would have to walk 30 mins or so to find a range of independent ,smaller ,eateries, Ate lunch on terrace on arrival, Second evening ate in ground floor restaurant (terrace cold) but they had all the exit doors wide open and it was far too cold (i had 4 or so layers on) to relax and enjoy. Background music distraction. Small plates of food ,reasonable selection. Japanese dishes also.

We had a lovely stay at Amani Hotel. Our room was basic and a bit dated, but it was comfortable and clean. The pool area looked nice, although it was too cold to use during December. But a nice space to relax. The roof top bar has great views of Marrakech and the Altals mountains. We had the package that included breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious and there was a lit of it! We weren't expecting a 3 course meal every night for the price we paid. I was worried about breakfast being too simple after reading other reviews, but I thought there was a lot to choose from with freshly made omelettes and fresh orange juice too. We didn't use the spa as I found it too pricey and opted to use a hammam in the medina instead. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome and well looked after.

Booking Number: 855802 We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Amani Suites SPA Hotel. The members of staff were friend and cheerful and helped us with directions to the Coach/Bus station to get to Agadir. The facility had lovely decore throughout it and the indoor pool room was beautiful and peaceful and we didn't feel that uncomfortable that you'd receive if you were in an outdoor pool with all rooms facing the pool ( the all eyes on you feeling ). The breakfast was nice with freshly squeezed orange juice but could stand to have a little of a verity range option. The restaurant food was nice too and the Amani actually has 2 restaurants, one on the ground floor and the other on the 5th floor. We enjoyed their milkshakes and smoothies as they were quite refreshing and tasty. The room layouts were nice enough and their wash products had lovely scents, the only thing is that the hot and cold taps were on the wrong tap sides and the fridges weren't all that cold to chill the drinks that you put in it.

Absolutely amazing staff. Zainab, mustafa and Ibrahim at the reception. They are super friendly, we initially got a room with a shower we requested one with a bath and they changed it for us straightaway. We had breakfast and dinner included. The restaurant staff are Absolutely amazing Service was top class. Mohammed, hawwa, jamal and hisham really looked after us. Got us fresh omelette made to order. Chatted to us on how our day was etc. It felt like we knew them for years. They even played our favourite music on. The staff are an absolute asset to this hotel. The breakfast and dinner was really tasty. The location was really good for us,a 10 minute taxi ride to medina or a 40 min walk. It was really quiet at night,there's a small shop close by and also a shopping mall nearby too. You get best of both worlds. Taxis are easily available outside the hotel. We had a very comfortable stay and we would love to thank the staff for going that extra mile. We will definitely be back again

The reception up front was courteous, professional and helpful. The junior suite was solid, with no frills, but most everything worked. It would be nice if they offered a cart to facilitate check in. Surely they can provide this courtesy? Karma Cafe was good for breakfast, and the staff was attentive. The options for breakfast were the same every morning, and it would have been nice to have more flexible menu options. The Amani hotel is located in reasonable proximity to most of the attractions in Marakech.
