口コミが悪かったが気にせず予約をした。しかし自身も口コミと同じ経験をした。レセプションのサービスの悪さは過去に経験した事ない悪さ。チェックインで並んでいても仲間スタッフと話してばかりで客を待たせる。ユニフォームはないのか皆カジュアル。印刷をお願いしたがコピーマシンが毎日壊れてると。ホテルのサービスでコピーマシンが使用できないなんてありえない。チェックアウトは事前払いしてるのにチャージされ、説明に時間を要した。

すべて良かったのですが、最初に来たときは受付係が忙しすぎてチェックインに長い時間待たされました。その後、自分でフォームに記入しなければなりませんでした。 朝食はとても良く、サービスも良かったです。

部屋も綺麗でコストパフォーマンスも良く、朝食も美味しいです。サービスは平均的で、観光スポットまでの距離はそれほど遠くありません。ただ階下にコンビニがないので水などを買うのは不便です。

ロケーションは最高で、すべての観光スポットに非常に近いです。ホテルは少し古く、シャワーとバスタブは古めかしいです。シャワージェルとシャンプーは非常に基本的なもので、シャンプーが用意されていないときもありました。朝食はまあまあですが、まったく予想がつかず、毎日何か新しいものが欠けていました。全体的に、価格に見合った価値はありますが、ノボテルの期待にはまったく応えていません。

ホテルは環境の良いホテルサークル内に位置していますが、窓に面するとうるさいです。全体的に、レストランの環境は素晴らしいですが、部屋の照明が十分ではありません。

The hotel was in a quiet location, the pool was nice. Unfortunately our room was very disappointing. In our first room the AC was not working. Maintenance came to fix it, there was a slight improvement but still not great. Then whilst opening the shower door, the door fell off the wall. This looks like it was because the door had not been maintained. This is not what you would expect in any establishment - let alone a 4* hotel. It also had the potential to be very dangerous, luckily I was strong enough to hold the weight of the door before assistance came. The hotel moved us to a new room and gave us a nice selection of food in our new room which was nice gesture although we would have expected more. The AC in the new room worked well so the room change was welcome. Unfortunately, the fridge in the room was leaking internally so we had to throw away food that we were storing in there as it became damp from an internal leak. One of these occurrences we could probably accept but to have three issues with repairing is not what I expect from Accor. The hotel needs serious maintenance!

Very poor management of the hotel itself. Our room said swimming pool view when we booked it, only to find there is no swimming pool view for our room type (which is a shame because it says on the booking). Bathroom was not to standard as the sink was getting blocked often. Toiletries were inadequate. Not a good choice, please consider alternatives

We had a bad experience with Aicha at reception during our first visit to Morocco. Her rude behavior showed a lack of respect and made us feel we were not treated equally. It felt like racism toward us as Asians. We are human beings like everyone else, and we came to support your hotel by choosing to stay here. Being ignored and treated unfairly was very upsetting. We hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves service for all guests, no matter where they come from.

There are insect in the room and couldnt been cleaned. Also, the breakfast is dirty, there are lots of birds directly eating the breakfast and none of the hotel staff care about it.

Fidèle client du Novotel Hivernage depuis longtemps, j’apprécie toujours son emplacement parfait à Marrakech, calme et central à la fois. Cependant, mon dernier séjour en septembre m’a déçu : l’hôtel a vieilli, le service et le petit-déjeuner ne sont plus à la hauteur, et les espaces extérieurs mériteraient d’être rafraîchis. J’espère que des rénovations seront prévues pour redonner à l’établissement le niveau qu’il avait auparavant.
