we stayed on nigh tab the apartment. The location, the staff, the friendliness are superb. From our terrace we had a wonderful view. The staff was helpful in organizing transportation, beer and wine and food. we can highly recommend this place

Where to start ? The area is extremely unsafe and full of harassment on tourists. The riad management did not host me and my wife as we didn’t have a marriage certificate with us. They said it is mentioned on their booking policy which is not!! There was not refund of the money and the Riad management communicated to *********** that I didn’t show up to justify that I’m not eligible for refund . DONT STAY THERE no matter what !!!

The two gentleman that assisted us were so welcoming and friendly. They took very well care of us despite how we felt towards the misleading pictures of the hotel, the trek not mentioned to the hotel was the first downfall to the hotel as we were ambushed by people on the street to take help us with our bags. The presidential suite looked nothing presidential, and look like the wardrobe was scratched at. The images are super misleading and if it weren’t for the two gentleman the stay wouldn’t have been enjoyable.

A very well decorated and romantic Riad. We planned to stay here March 2020 but due to covid had to cancel our (non-refundable) reseveration very last minute. They were very kind and told us we could use the reservation another time, so we did :-) The location is very nice, just outside of the business. Expect to walk about 20 minutes to Djeema El Fna. The staff was very kind, however 1 waiter at breakfast was just asking all his questions to my boyfriend instead of asking me too what I wanted to eat or drink. He assumed I just wanted the same as my boyfriend which annoyed me slightly. The pool is not really a pool but a fountain so don't expect anything more of that. And as everywhere in Morocco, don't book your taxi in the hotel because they charge a lot (!) more. Nevertheless it was a really nice stay in a beautiful Riad and would really recommend!

Excellent service, in thevery center of Marrackech medina, exotic atmosphere and perfect rich breakfast. I would suggest it. A small pool- fountain in the middle of the riads garden, very big rooms, clean and friendly. We stayed there for 4 nights and felt very very happy

Stunning place in the heart of Marrakesh. Service is excellent- helpful and polite. Everything is in authentic style with small details. They have nice sunbathing area on rooftop. My first time in Marrakesh, always wanted to stay in place like this with all those small details in authentic style. Suggest 👌💫

El chico que lleva el Riad es majísimo y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. Las habitaciones están bien decoradas y limpias. Lo malo es la zona. No llegan los taxis y a la noche no parece un lugar seguro. Nos cambiamos de hotel y ganamos en tranquilidad

Premetto che non avevamo scelto questo riad, ma quello in cui avevamo prenotato, al nostro arrivo ci dice che è pieno e ci manda in questo.. beh che dire, fantastico! Pulito, bello, curato e personale gentilissimo. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto del te alla menta, ci hanno fornito la password del Wi-Fi ed una cartina della città mostrandoci i punti di interesse. Poi ci hanno portato in camera…….. bellissima e mooolto spaziosa! Colazione dalle 8.30 in poi. Posizione riad buona. Assolutamente consigliato.
