とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ。アブドゥルは滞在を安全で楽しいものにするために全力を尽くします。ご自身でホテルまでの道を見つけるのは非常に難しいため、空港からの送迎サービスの利用を強くお勧めします。あるいは、GPS が必要になります。必ずしも場所を知っているわけではありませんが、あなたのお金を狙っているにもかかわらず、あなたに話しかける「助けてくれる」人々がたくさんいます。面倒！

リヤドはマラケシュのメディナの絶好のロケーションにあります。 1600 年に建てられたとても素敵な建物で、非常に清潔で、手入れが行き届いており、典型的な装飾が施されています。 私の滞在中、人々は皆とても親切でした。 この場所をぜひお勧めします！ どうもありがとう！！

メディナの真ん中にある素晴らしい小さなリヤド。 アサドと彼の家族はとても気配りがあり、タクシーを手配し、宿泊施設を見つけるまでスークを案内してくれました。 朝食は美味しくて食べきれないほどでした！

Wonderful, peaceful, quiet, delicious breakfast. And Abdul and Assad making you want to stay there for way longer than planned. Steps away from Jmaa el Fnaa and right in the Medina. Beautifully decorated, quiet...can't fault this place. Great stay, can't wait to go back (insha'Allah!)

We were greeted by the owner Asad who immediately went out of his way to provide us with a warm welcome and explained everything about the beautiful Riad. It’s a real calm oasis in the hustle and bustle of the medina’s souks - the location is incredible - one of the most interesting parts of the medina, tucked away in a very peaceful and a**ospheric part, but only a short walk from the square down various souks. Asad gave us plenty of tips on how not to get lost. The area feels very safe and all the locals were very friendly. The Riad itself is stunning, lots of original features, and our room was very cosy. We slept well each night, and awoke to a lovely breakfast on the really nice roof terrace. Abdul took great care of us, and taught us a lot about Morocco - he really is a fountain of knowledge and a very nice person. He even went out of his way to help us buy some pottery, and each day shared his tea with us. We really felt at home and we hope to return soon. If you are looking for a cosy, authentic Riad experience in a fantastic location with wonderful people, I highly recommend staying here!

I was lucky to find such a convenient and comfortable riad in the medina where the staff made me feel at home, the breakfasts were great and my fellow guests were friendly. Marrakech can be overwhelming, especially if you are on your own, but it is a safe and fascinating destination that I really enjoyed exploring!

I cannot say enough good things about Riad Al Mamoune! Asad and Abdul took such good care of us. They will organize transportation and excursions for you. We were not familiar with Marrakech and they made us feel very comfortable. Abdul met us at the car on our arrival to walk us through the medina to the riad and Asad walked us to our car to go back to the airport. The breakfast was incredible! The decor was stunning. We were REALLY well taken care of. WHEN we go back to Morocco we will be staying here!

This is a wonderful hotel/riad! It's location is convenient to everything you'd want to see in the old Medina. The riad is good value. However, what really sets this place apart is the service. Having the hotel's driver meet you at the airport (and return you there) is super easy--Abdul will meet you, and take you to the hotel and it is well worth it. Abdul, who works for the hotel is a fountain of information. He gave me easy to follow instructions and a quick tour for moving throughout the old Medina, and excellent restaurant recommendations--tasty tagine. The owner, Assad, gives helpful instructions for historic sites and exploring the markets. The riad itself is cozy and charming. No, it is not like a hotel built 5 years ago, and the imperfections give light to the riad's age, location, and history. The rooftop has amazing sunsets and is an excellent place for breakfast, or to come back and unwind after exploring the city. When I return to Marrakech to see more, I will definitely be staying again. Assad and Abdul truly care about their guests and work hard to make your stay memorable.
