マンダリン オリエンタル マラケシュ(Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech)

Four years people had told me about the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh. Now I understand why it has received such praise. My villa was probably the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. The entire property is well appointed, and the staff are wonderful.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh. Although I stayed in many nice hotels before, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and the distinct Moroccan aesthetic. What really set this stay apart was the exceptional service, especially from my butler, Essaid. His attention to detail and readiness to assist with any request made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I also had the pleasure of engaging in enriching conversations with Enzo, whose insights and company greatly enhanced my experience. The rooms were elegant and provided a peaceful retreat. I stayed at one of the Atlas suites, which are placed in the main building. I can highly recommend them, since they offer a breathtaking view over the resort and the mountains. I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

This holidays in Mandarin oriental was pretty satisfying. Quality of room and swimming pool were excellent. Food also nice. Specially, Yassir helped us a lot. He is thoughtful and kind. His excellent recommendations were useful for the whole trip. I’d like to stay this hotel on my next visit to Marrakech.

The hotel is a haven of tranquillity. The facilities are good and the staff could not be more attentive and friendly. The food is outstanding. Located 15 mins away from the airport and near a golf course so it set away from the very busy city centre.

Excellent hôtel, villas are amazing, facilities are great. Food is excellent especially at Hakasan. Special thanks to OussamA who organized everything for us. Service is good but slow at busy times. Just keep an eye on the bikes as there’s not enough for all so they get stolen regularly between guests!

Smart, relaxed & informal hotel with good facilities, excellent service and attentive management, including GM Thomas. Enjoyed the food, especially in Ling Ling, and relaxing by the pool when away from the beautifully configured villa. A special mention to Oussama who was always on hand to assist with requests in the hotel and alternative dining recommendations in Marrakech.

The property was amazing as was the villa we stayed in. The service was top notch and our butler Oussama was absolutely fantastic. It was our first visit to Morocco and Oussama took care of everything; from last minute dinner reservations, to excursions and guides. We will be back to visit Morocco and the Mandarin Oriental.

This hotel is incredibly stunning but what makes it so beautiful besides it’s incredible location, is its staff. The attention to details and the attention brought to every guest is close to none. We had the pleasure to be received by Fiona and our butler was Oussama. Their sense of hospitality is outstanding. You are treated as if you were family while still maintaining your privacy. Available 24/7 they were both A+ team members. Between the staff, the food, the location - this hotel is my new favorite in marrakesh (I have been to many others) Thank you thank you thank and see you soon MO

We had a lovely villa. All the people of the hotel were very kind and extremely helpful. The food is excellent, in particular the breakfast. The place with the view of the Atlas snow-covered mountains is amazing. Without the planes passing above the resort it would have been perfection!
