Fairly new and upmarket Modern Hotel, with a Great breakfast buffet. It took a while to check in. Room was very comfortable. There was tea, coffee, a kettle, a fridge, decent quality a hand wash and shower gel, black out curtains, spacious balcony, comfortable bed/pillows/duvet. Had a few issues in the room, there was hair in the sink, shower and coffee area, the shower cubicle leaked and the balcony door did not lock. It was quite noisy at night with heavy traffic - the train station is on the other side of the road. The rooftop bar is spectacular and has the swimming pool next to it. Staff were very professional at all times. Overall a decent stay.

Very kind welcoming and attentive staff. Wide selection available for breakfast very nice. Special thank you to Nouradine who was very helpful. Pool and spa and hammam was good. Rooftop Staff gave excellent service. Bedroom balcony had cute view ATM close nearby. Food places nearby.Ménara mall not far.location makes everything accessible.

This hotel was wonderful on all points - safe and clean, with an extremely comfortable room and an excellent breakfast, and the spa staff was the best I've ever experienced. It was the perfect place to end 11 days in Morocco.

We stayed here for 3 days after researching we decided to stay here in the junior suite which had more than enough space for a couple. The room was big. We also had a balcony which was nice in the morning to sit outside. We didn’t reviews about people talking about the noise because the hotel is next to the main road. But we didn’t have this issue once doors are closed you do not hear much noise. Room service is 24 hours which is also a great bonus. Breakfast has plenty of choice from fresh omelettes being made for you to a variety of pastries and cereal. Only negative here is there was not enough fresh fruit!

First time in Morocco, we stayed in LV Longue Vie Hotel Marrakech, all facilities in this hotel were excellent, especially the cuisine Breakfast prepared by Lamia and Naima, Front reception staff Abderrahim and the young doorman who's name we did not get and Service staff Khadija all very helpful. Deep disappointment and frustration regarding the quality of service we experienced during our stay at the hotel on August 25th, 2023. We left our luggage at around 2pm and informed the reception that we will check in after we returned from dinner since the room was not ready. To our dismay, upon entering the room, we discovered that the air conditioning was malfunctioning. We immediately notified the on-duty front desk staff at around 10:30pm, hoping for a prompt resolution. However, what followed was an arduous and frustrating ordeal that lasted 1.5 hours. We had to endure lengthy communication with the front desk, waiting for a technician to arrive, and witnessing multiple attempts to fix the air conditioning issue, all of which proved unsuccessful. Eventually, we were compelled to request a room change. The reception rejected our request at the first instant, claiming that the hotel was fully booked for the night. Our request was only taken when the technician told him that they will need another 30 mins to clean the filter of the air conditioner. Although the alternative room provided was not in pristine condition, with mild air-conditioning, we reluctantly accepted it in the interest of salvaging what was left of our stay. In an effort to prevent further inconveniences, we politely asked for the name of the staff member (receptionist) who handled the situation, expecting a gesture of accountability and personalized assistance. Regrettably, our request was flatly denied, and we were merely provided with a generic hotel reservation email address. This response not only lacked empathy but also demonstrated a disregard for our concerns as valued guests.

Very expenaive hotel but right across the street from train station- air conditioning in room is poor at best and when we complianed about it we got alot of attitude. On checking in at noon we were told what a huge favor it was to get to check in early altho we travel alot and rhis IS industry standard. Breakfast was ok not spectacular. Sound prrofing in room did NOT help with constant door slamming that kept us up- no complimentary toiletries other than soap- in otherwords just not worth the price- we had reservation for our return and cancelled and booked another hotel close to train

Piscina ghiacciata. Personale reception maleducato e non competente. Prenotato e pagato una confort con balcone e ci hanno dato una stanza con finestra. Unica nota positiva lo staff della colazione e i portieri. Buona la colazione. Invito il direttore a prendere provvedimenti per il personale della reception.

Das neue Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Die Zimmer können daher sehr laut sein. Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig vom Palais des Congrès entfernt. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Anders als in einem 4 Sterne-Hotel zu erwarten, gibt es außer Seife keine Pflegeprodukte. Es werden jedoch täglich zwei kleine Plastikflaschen Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Dusche ist leider nicht dicht, so dass Wasser ins Bad und manchmal auch ins Zimmer läuft. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Rooftop-Bar mit einem sauberen, kühlen Pool. Es gibt ausschließlich alkoholfreie Getränke. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und bietet auch marrokanische Spezialitäten. Die Rezeption ist freundlich, aber größtenteils inkompetent und leider auch unzuverlässig. Das Ausstellen einer Rechnung scheint ein großes Problem darzustellen. Mir wurde weder vor Ort eine Rechnung ausgehändigt noch habe ich die mir zugesagte Rechnung per mail erhalten. Ich würde nicht noch einmal dort übernachten.
