Palm Appart Club Marrakesh

Tres mauvais sejour appart insalubre sale service zéro problème de chambre une chambre de deux pour 4. J’ai écourté mon séjour. Hotel horrible à fuir

Very good apartments with easy taxi ride (100d on average) to town good cleaning service Nice family pool at apartments - with free access to palm plaza hotel pool , which is more for adults . Good pool bar for simple but nice salads , burgers , etc Can pay for eve meal at hotel which is very nice French style cooking

The staff were always as helpful as they could be , but this hotel isn't great. It didn't have its own pool bar or restaurant. We arrived at 2.30 in the morning so we were looking for breakfast the next morning without going to far. We went to the Palm Plaza, which is part of the complex. It was 135 dh each for a basic buffet. For Marracech ,this is extortionate. All the cafes around the hotel do a great breakfast for about 30-40 dh. Our rooms needed updated and the aircon was so smelly we had to turn it off.The staff tried to fix it , but failed. There was some construction upgrading being carried out on the ground floor at the time which didn't bother us, but the construction engineer gave everyone his direct number in case it did. Which is good. The pool was good and the attendant always tried to get you a lounger ,which was difficult most of the time. We were quoted 400 dh each to use the pool in the Palm plaza, which was less busy. But we didn't bother with that. It's a great location, near to Medina.150 dh return in Taxi. Carrefour and franchise restaurants right outside and loads of other good places to eat. If the Hotel was as good as the staff and location I'd rate it higher.

Spacious rooms, pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. communication may be a problem if you don't understand French or Arabic. Saeed the Manager was really nice and helped us out during our stay. Kids enjoyed their stay as there is a play area apart from the Swimming pool.

A fuir ! Hôtel vétuste et pas propre.J ai payé pour 4 personnes et la chambre comprend un lit double er 2 canapés sans draps ni oreillers !! Seule point positif pa piscine mais attention pas de bassin profond…

Pour le prix de cet établissement ,il est inconcevable d’avoir ce niveau de service! Manque de propreté ,et ménage 1fois/2jours!!je n’ai jamais entendu parlé de sa dans un hôtel qui dépasse les 1400 la nuit. Meubles,matériels et consommables à revoir!

Os apartamentos estão velhos por dentro. A limpeza dos espaços interiores e sobretudo exteriores é muito má. A cozinha é básica e não tem condições. O pequeno almoço e as refeições são efectuadas no Hotel Palm Plaza sendo razoaveis. A piscina do lado dos apartamentos não tem toalhas e os colchões estão a precisar de substituição rápida

C t agréable pour un séjour en famille. Les appart sont proche de toutes commodités, les chambres et les draps sont propres, le personnel est à l écoute. Je recommande Un très bon rapport qualité prix 😊

Bel architecture centrée par une piscine bien entretenue avec appartement bien (chambre à coucher, séjour et kitchenette + salle de bain). Ustensiles minimum. Petit frigo. Clim bien. Draps propres. Très bien pour un plan B. À côté du Mall Al Mazar.
