The staff was spectacular and very attentive. Aziz made sure that we were comfortable and not just when we arrived. Breakfast was served in a nice setting and tea was provided all the time. Aziz answered all our questions and gave suggestions to our experience here. We will recommend Riad Signature to our family and anyone interested in traveling to Marrakesh.

We stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t fault our stay. The riad arranged a driver to and from the airport and walked us to and from the car. On arrival we were given tea and shown a map with an idea of how to get to places and given tips for our stay. The location is great, it is very quiet but only a 5-10 minute walk along a shop lined ‘alley’ to the main square and 5-10 minutes the other way to the Bahia Palace. The riad itself is clean and comfortable, the heater in our room was good and heated the room perfectly well (and the bathroom has a door). The rooftop terrace was nice for relaxing after a busy day out and about. Breakfast is good with bread, pancakes, cake, coffee and juice, it was even served early on our last day when we had to leave early for the airport. The staff were always on hand if needed and keen to help and I would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish a perfect stay. The staff (and owner) could not have been more helpful. Having lived in Singapore for 6 years, and travelled Asia (mostly alone) I’m a confident traveller. Arriving to the riad in the Medina was unnerving, and for the first time I was nervous about finding my way around. The owner took time to show me maps, then walked me to the centre Jamaa el-Fna to ensure I was comfortable. I had to get to Agadir the morning of my checkout day. The night before the owner and staff helped me navigate the options - over and above expectations! The riad itself is the perfect location. So easy to walk to all the main attractions, but super quiet and an escape from the frenetic main square. The beautiful roof terrace, clean and spacious room ensures 10/10 and I will recommend to everyone! P.s Francois and team if you’re reading this, the bus was super easy and thank you.

Nice Riad, Excellent service. The owner Francois and his 2 main staff Aziz and Mohammed were excellent. Clean and tidy rooms, great breakfast and we loved the Moroccan tea with the biscotti. Thank you guys.

My friend and I had such a wonderful stay here. Everyone is helpful and kind- they really want to take good care of their guests and ensure they have a lovely stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable- gorgeous beds and bed linen. Showers are hot and the WiFi is good. Brilliant location in the medina. Lots of lovely restaurants on the doorstep and a short walk to Djemaa. The roof terraces are gorgeous! Reasonable prices for a beer or wine to enjoy in the riad. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with something slightly different each day.

Remarkable RIAD not too far from Jamaa el Fna Square beautiful setting with a roof terrace to be enjoyed, the owners and staff are really wonderful people with such a great work ethic. The room we had was beautiful well furnished and had a nice comfortable bed, the room has been kept very moroccan feeling but very spacious and a perfect temperature. Breakfast quality and taste is traditional and substantial served in a two hour window and very relaxed. Plenty to see and explorer in a stones throw from the RIAD, right next to pepenero restaurant which we booked a visit for dinner.

Such a fabulous place to stay ✨️ open the front door into a beautiful Riad - Francois and his staff are so helpful, nothing is a problem. Very clean and comfortable - we would def stay here again 👍lovely sun bathing area and splash pool on the rood terrace 💝

Stayed here for a week with my family over New Year. It’s a hidden gem only five mins walk from the main square with a useful taxi drop off / car park 100 metres away. It’s a classic Riad, with a central courtyard that gives a real wow factor. It’s however not over done yet classy with a fantastic multi level roof terrace that offers so many little areas to enjoy a peaceful drink or a snooze or a swim. In short a little oasis in the heat of the Medina. Our room/suite was simple and very clean yet huge with two lounges, a little terrace and a wonderful bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked fine so no problem with keeping in touch with day to day stuff. Breakfast was fantastic: great coffee, pancakes, fruit salads, and the staff were fine with a slightly late arrival for this. Anytime during the day the staff would go to any lengths to provide tea, coffee or water not to mention beer and wine! The Signature is also conveniently right next door to a fantastic ( though pricey) Italian/Moroccan restaurant and also very close to many little hole in the wall general stores that can supply anything from biscuits to bath gel. None of this matters though because what makes the Signature really special is the people that run it. Francois, the owner, runs a wonderful team and is a really welcoming and friendly host happy to point guests in the right direction and accommodate any request. Mohammed is simply an amazing and kind person and made our stay so fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel we were staying with friends rather than being simply paying guests. He helped us when our son was a little ill and also ran a wonderful NYE meal for us and other guests. Mustafa was friendly and helpful and the team in general made up probably the best hotel experience I think we have ever had. There are lots of Riads in Marrakech and it’s a complicated choice to book remotely but take our word for it - stay at the Signature and you won’t be disappointed. My wife and I stayed at the Signature Riad last week and had a fantastic time. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and had plenty of storage space for our luggage. Location wise it was ideal, only a short walk from all the key locations in the old town. We would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Marrakech.
