A travel agency booked this for me for 1 night after disembarking a cruise. What a lovely place! Staff so wonderful and helpful, gave me a map highlighting areas to visit. It’s only a 5 minute walk from some great spots. Had the pool to myself it was lovely. Shame the steam room wasn’t working though. Breakfast was great and very pretty courtyard. Sat having a coffee watching the fish very relaxing! And nice to see all the rugby World Cup flags everywhere 😀 Would highly recommend.

Well Situated and pleasant hotel. The pool could open earlier in the morning. The room was a bit small, okay for a few nights. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Good Bus and metro connections very close to hotel. Would stay here again.

We thought this was a small but decent hotel, which quite suited us as we only spent one night there. Our room was very small with little room to move around, but it was quite comfortable, and from that point, we wouldn't complain.

The hotel is in a great location to access the regenerated port area as well as the old port. There are plenty of eating options nearby. The reception staff were all excellellent. The comfort rooms are small.

A very comfortable hotel, well-located near old M****ille’s waterfront, with bars and restaurants of all ranges nearby. Close to public transit but an easy walk from the train station if you don’t have heavy bags. Helpful staff and a great buffet breakfast with eggs and bacon, in a light-filled basement room. Inviting indoor pool and exercise room Walkable to EuCEM and other M****ille museums.

Great location, close to metro station and restaurants. The room was very compact with a small and unlevel desk. I was disappointed because based on my past experience with Best Western chain hotels, it was much smaller than the Best Western brand rooms.

The "better" room that we booked was much smaller than expected, but our overall experience was very good. Help, pleasant staff. Great bar man named Antonin. Very good breakfasts. The room had only basic amenities, but was maintained "spotless" by the chambermaids. The location of this hotel is PERFECT in a safe area of the city center, with easy access to the subway and the sea front. We found a convenience store at the next corner and could stock up on things for consumption in room. While I wouldn't rate this as a four-star, it was very good and worthy of a recommendation.

Hotels in M****ille are not cheap. The price here was good. My room was really comfortable, modern, fresh, and I loved the big windows that swung open. Everything is clean. Really clean. Mini bar and coffee station were great. I wasn’t there long enough to use the fitness amenities but they have a pool, and an exercise room. The staff were amazing and patient with my rusty French. They have an on-site breakfast area which is important to me. I am impressed with their green initiatives. The elevator needs a room key to access your floor and I felt safe enough. The location worked well for us. There are bakeries and food shops right downstairs. You can’t go wrong here if you need somewhere to stay that does what they do extremely well for a decent price.
