Very pleasant and comfortable motel in a convenient location. Nice facilities in the room

The hotel was imacculately clean, the owner was so lovely (even after I accidentally broke his flower pots), and the water preasure in the shower was amazing. Definitely a kid friendly place. We were offered toys and games as soon as we arrived. Would definitely stay again next time we come through there.

If you want a place that resembles the 1950s (and not in a good way) and is run by a curmudgeonly old guy that looks and acts like Mr Burns from The Simpsons, then this is your place. Rude, unpleasant owner.

Great place to stay for an overnighter. Clean, a small but good bathroom, strong and shower pressure.

Extremely unwelcoming person at the desk who didn't even bother to say "Hi" or "Welcome". Requested a late check out and the guy rudely replied with a "No". I have been Working as a hotel manager in Brisbane and never have I experienced such a check-in. Please raise your customer service standards.

The staff handed out room key without greeting the guest. There’s hairs on the bed sheets and pillow. The property is 2 kilometers away from the town center. I wonder how this motel is recommended on the top by the platform and why I have chosen it.

I booked online but rang the staff direct an hour after booking to cancel, they were rude but said they would take care of it. More then a week later no refund, I emailed several times without resolution. Never received a refund or support.

Absolutely rude, zero care factor from the weekend manager Just shrugs his shoulders and says not my problem. Mattresses very old and uncomfortable. Dirty fish tank, feel sorry for the fish in it. Told would get a partial refund from manager, still waiting, don't reply to emails. Told false information on the phone. Promote themselves as the friendly motel, cant be further from the truth. Save yourself the physical pain of there shocking beds and mental pain of the pathetic excuse for a weekend manager

On check in I asked about "fresh" Milk. Was told it was in the fridge. No "Fresh" milk but little containers. No service to room over weekends - I do like fresh linen and towels. Considering the price I would have thought the above would be minimum.
