Uns hat der Aufenthalt im großen ganzen gut gefallen. An der Rezeption war ein junger Mann der deutsch gesprochen hat und die anderen haben Englisch gesprochen. Auch sonst hatten wir mit der Sprache eine Probleme. Das Personal im Service war sehr freundlich auch der Spar Bereich war gut. Das Essen hat uns auch gut gefallen, das einzige es war sehr überfüllt im Restaurant und die Tische sehr nah an einander. Die Wanderwege und die Natur war besonders schön. Der Miniclub war leider schon geschlossen aber es war nicht sehr schlimm. Wasser im Pool war auch normal nicht sehr kalt nicht warm. Badekappen kann man für 1€ vor Ort kaufen.

Hotel familiar perfecto para actividades en la zona. Lástima que el spa abra a las 2pm. Buen desayuno y cena incluidos. Cómodo y buena atención.

First time i visit this place it's really wonderful, 7 days was like dream for me and my family, the hotel was fine my kids they really enjoy it special with animation team they are really professional and friendly they welcome us from first moment very kindly, so many services for kids from morning till night, rasturant also was good., thanks for everything see you next year

Great location of the hotel. The rooms are not the worst either, I would even say spacious and well-maintained. The service in the restaurant is very polite. The downside is the food. It is monotonous, sometimes even tasteless. In addition, the pool is large, but poorly maintained, you can see that it is showing its age.

The hotel is a very, very basic hospitality hotel, this is not going to be a pleasant stay if you are with the family. There is nothing to do with children of any age, the swimming pool is cold and you need to pay for a bathrobe which isn't in the information about the hotel when you book. There is no complimentary coffee and tea set in the room! Not even a single bottle of water. Also, water isn't available for free in the entire hotel!! Shocking, sad and very unexpected when they ask you to pay for the battle of water with your dinner (€3 per bottle!) when there is no access to even tap water in the restaurant. Unbelievable!! Apparently, the hotel has been renovated but in the 21st century, there is not even one USB socket to charge your phone or computer!!! Be aware of this!!! Food is very limited to basic and often leftovers from the previous day, not always fresh bakery and you will not have coffee or tea with your dinner - unless you pay extra!! I would not recommend it and never come back here again. None of these things isn't clearly stated in the hotel information, so when you finally come here you are going to be very unpleasantly shocked

Don’t stay here - nothing is good Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here

Massenabfertigung und teilweise recht unfreundliches Personal. Die Flure waren stets kalt und nicht beheizt. Sehr unangenehmes Gefühl, besonders, wenn man aus dem Wellnessbereich kommt. Einziger Pluspunkt: das buffet war reichhaltig.

hotel vecchio con camere disastrose, ristoranti self-service dozzinale , l'unica cosa salvabile è la spa e piscina quando la puliscono perché ho trovato molti capelli e ecc . Forse ero l'unico italiano...strutture fatte a posta per i stranieri dell'est . Per il prodotto dato non vale per niente il prezzo pagato .
