Should be four star! Stayed all inclusive. Clean and lively hotel with wide array of food available. Lots of fresh options and caters for every taste palate. They keep things interesting at the buffet by introducing new dishes and having themed nights. Only downside is that they don’t replenish your teas and coffees each day when cleaning the room. To me, this seems ridiculous when you have paid all inclusive!

Lovely clean hotel. Food was great and constantly replenished. Hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, but you can walk through a park to get down to the main roads to access public buses. The entertainment was very good. Bar staff are very friendly and hot bar snacks are available until 6pm. The only downside is the sun loungers, they are not the most comfortable. The pool opens at 8.30am and it's like something off the tv to watch people queuing and then racing down to pick their sun loungers !! Hotel advertise that if they are not occupied in 90minutes they will be removed, but never saw this happening. If you use the hotel towels you have to pay a €10 deposit plus a daily rental fee, but you can change your towel every day. There is also a fee to pay to use the room safe. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Really impressed! As a first holiday without parents, 6 of us stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. Lots of food and drink options at the buffet restaurant with some basic beer and wine on tap to help yourselves!Staff were lovely, entertainment staff are especially amazing. So fun and bubbly, providing lots of games everyday and every evening. The poolside bar had burgers, salad, chips and ice cream. There was a good selection of cocktails and drinks to order from the bar as well as soft drinks, coffee and juice to help yourself. Good amount of sun loungers so we didn’t have to do the 6am race! Our rooms were cleaned everyday with our towels and bedding being replaced. Ceiling fan and air conditioning in the room and beds were comfy as well. Receptionists were very helpful during both check in and the rest of our stay. We could order a taxi through reception and by the time we got outside it was already there which was really helpful. As well as a free bus down to the beach. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend!

Lovely hotel, great room over looking pool area. The room was spotless, comfy beds and good bathroom. The entertainment was good, something for everyone. Food was typical AI, You could always find something to eat. Good selection of salads,pasta dishes. I loved the rice dishes, very tasty. I loved the pool area, my only gripe was the beds were packed together too tightly. So not much space between you and other people. Otherwise a great holiday for the price. I would definitely visit again.

The entertainment staff are amazing always getting people involved and making them feel welcome. Our family/friend favourite is Julio his energy is out of this world!amazing place 10/10 recommend will be coming back again next year!☀️

Hotel is Nice! Its was just perfekt to have animators, because they are best you can imagen!!!much fun to have them on holiday!!! Much Fun and so many activities you can join!!! Good is good! Kids having fun to be in the pool, because it’s worm pool!!

Excellent hotel and spotlessly clean. Food is really good and drinks are not bad.There are plenty of sun loungers, nice pool, outdoor jacuzzi, kids club and kids pool and the entertainment team are fantastic. Would recommend this hotel and we will be returning.

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Food is one of the best I’ve came across, mainly the breakfast in my opinion!! Hotel staff and entertainment team are amazing! Miguel is a fantastic part of the bar staff team, funny and very chatty!! ❤️ Julio & Andrew are a superb part of the animation team

One place I shall not recommend to anyone.Xmas day dining experience and the whole week absolutely carnage on Xmas day no sprout no gravy no creamed potatoes no carrots no broccoli.very young children climbing up on food counters to get ice cream and cakes.No dress code in dining room come in dressed in shorts and old T-shirt.rooms out to road dogs barking every morning.Only one bar for whole hotel this is at pool area no glasses to drink at night time paper cups absolutely shocking.Entertainment a total joke an animation team 2 boys who dress up as women prancing about and during the day while you wish to relax they are wanting you to join in silly game’s entertainment at night starts at 9 finishes at 10 no air conditioning in room a fan above your bed absolutely pathetic.Nine of the staff want to here any complaints you have especially management and nobody smiles I would not advise those hotel for mature adults it was a nightmare the photo is the air conditioning we got into our room the evening before we were due to leave

Excellent stay would recommended to anyone. Couples and families alike A very good team of entertainers. A good variety of food. All staff courteous. Well done Jet 2. Good start to 2025. We will come again. Thanks again this is just what is required for our weary bones.

6 times I have stayed at this hotel, poolside snake bar all day and Amstel self service. Rooms clean tidy and comfortable, location is a little out from nightlife but free shuttle bus in the day. We also stay at lopesan 4 star but have reverted back to the Dunas as the food is better. Highly recommended

Average food, slammed in like sardines around the pool and some miserable staff. Other than that fab! We wanted some winter sun so that is one box ticked. Other than that I can’t think of much to write that is positive about this hotel. Some staff were really miserable, the food wasn’t great and I found a fly in my rice. Cocktails awful but wine nice. Take mozzie spray also as I was bitten to death in my room! Lastly air conditioning a joke ……. If you want sun ☀️ in November and don’t care about quality of food and drink, but want a bargain - come here! Thanks for having us ❤️

Brilliant Hotel with exceptional staff. We stayed October 26th for 7 nights as a family we booked a room with pool view and it didn't disappoint. We stayed here 7 years ago and it's only got better since. The room was spot on spacious the beds although a little on the firm side was comfortable enough, sofa bed was also OK and a good size sofa through the day, extremely easy to put away and pull out again. The food was plentiful and always of a good standard with different theme nights throughout the week. Pool bar was always well stocked with food and drinks. The staff are the main thing that makes the hotel what it is. The entertainment team always doing something and getting adults and kids involved. Reception always friendly and helpful with anything you ask of them. But a big well done to the cleaners rooms and poolside, always cleaning day and night keeping the place spotless it's a hard job they do and one of the most important. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Taxi is easy to get the Reception will order you one and normally here within minutes. Approx €8 to maspalomas beach or €7 to playa de ingles. There is a free coach at various times in the day to the beach at maspalomas both ways, but can get busy so we preferred a taxi as it was so cheap. Well done to all at the hotel keep up the good work should be 4 star in my opinion
