スイーツ & ヴィラズ バイ デュナス(Suites & Villas by Dunas)

This is a fabulous resort, the suite was a one bedroom bungalow with a large bathroom and a lounge area with a modern TV. The site was immaculate, the restaurant was buffet style with themed evenings, the staff very friendly and efficient. Reception was manned also with friendly, efficient staff. The pool was perfect temperature to swim or play around.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend unreservedly. We will be going again for sure.

Visited in April with my son and my dad and I can't wait to be able to book to return. The food was fantastic with different choices daily, the staff were so lovely, including the entertainment staff who my son fell in love with. Evening entertainment every night, poolside entertainment and daily activities. The villa was so nice and modern and cleaned daily. Honestly, this was absolutely fantastic!

Hotel was super for our family with 2 kids (4 and 7). Breakfast was sublime. Pools, room and area very nice and clean.

Great hotel we as a couple visit regular twice a year friendly staff in all areas of the hotel can not fault Cleanliness or room service restaurant well organised plenty of choices on offer with theme nights only problem some times the hot food is not hot but microwave is available . WiFi is hit and miss .We go half board we don't use hotel bars. In reception area private run bar where you pay for your drinks good prices and named branded spirits .

This is our third visit at this hotel. The reason is that the hotel has a very well architected structure with a split level. All suites are located in a green garden and each suite has his own privacy

Great arrival, check in was fast. We were told upon booking there was a meal in the tapas restaurant included in the all inclusive however when we asked we were told this was closed. The food however was good and you could eat all day if you wanted too, as veggies there was still amble options. Biggest issue for us was the lack of hot water in the room, being able to make a coffee in the morning would have been great as the coffee machine at lunch and dinner was turned off meaning you would have to go back to the pool bar to have a coffee with your dinner which is odd. I also felt the upstairs bar by reception was odd as the first bar you come to upon entering is infact a paid bar, I asked him for a glass of hot water one evening and was told he would have to change the same price as a bottle, I can’t imagine how annoying this is if you have a baby and need to warm their bottles, plus it also leaves a sour taste as you pay the money to go all in then the first bar is a fully paid one. The guy who works there is also rude but maybe he deals with a lot of unhappy customers due to the issue pointed out above. Cleaners were fantastic and can’t speak higher of them. The facilities are great too however I just feel like it’s let down by a few little things that could make it a more pleasant time with less stress wondering about if you can sit at certain tables or are you going to be charged. Has a mixed feeling about it and I wouldn’t reccomend personally as there’s nicer places with a more relaxed feel.

Infrastructures (piscines,jeux...) nombreuses pour tous les âges, personnel agréable et hôtel propre

Nice facilities, good selection of food in the self service restaurant and choice of wines and cocktails. Great location in Maspalomas only a 20 stroll to the beach front, bars and restaurants along a pedestrian walkway, which was well lite in the evening.
