很好的酒店，在Matera
的中心區域，非常方便。按照酒店的路程指引，到達主教堂廣場打電話給酒店，酒店會派人來幫助提行李，因為有台階，所以非常需要行李服務。客房內部設施齊全，浴室現代裝修，設備都很好，居住舒適。酒店服務也很好。關鍵是玩Matera ，全部需要步行，上上下下，酒店位置方便也很重要。因為酒店本身客房數量很少，因此價格相對合理，畢竟需要配備一定規模的服務設施。如酒店餐廳（圖一）非常棒。因為在那裡吃二頓早餐，所以沒有選擇晚餐。去了Matera 的唯一一個米其林一星餐廳（圖5），因為是米其林，所以價格高也算情理之中，但遺憾的是花了套餐150歐元/人，居然衹有七分飽，形式和內容不平衡，非常失望。總之，這家酒店值得推薦。米其林智者見智1

Suite 101, simply the best hotel room we've ever stayed in (and we've travelled a lot) We are wondering how we'll survive back at home without a jacuzzi! So nice to wander the streets and come back in the afternoon for a refreshing dip. The staff are so friendly and helpful too.

We loved our stay at Palazzo del Duca Matera. The location is perfect and has an incredible view across the ravine. The bed was big and comfy, the room was bright and luxurious. The staff really made our stay special, everyone was so kind and helpful. We felt welcomed and quietly pampered. The breakfast buffet is THE best we have ever had, with a huge variety of beautifully home-baked pastries and other items. Dinner was also outstanding. Each dish was unique and local and full of flavor, and the dining room is in a romantic and peaceful cave. My husband complimented me on finding this hotel.

We stayed here for two wonderful nights and days. It is very a brand new hotel with gorgeous rooms and views. The rooms were so stunning with a mix of glamour and a touch of Matera. Giuseppe and Giovanna were wonderful hosts helping us with restaurant reservations and day tours. We are looking forward to coming back!! Bring comfy shoes since the is some walking involved.

I am very happy and honored to rate this hotel with an excellent experience. 1️⃣The hotel is very clean. 2️⃣The hotel front desk service is very professional and enthusiastic (they will introduce local specialties to me before check-in) 3️⃣About breakfast (I like the taste of desserts very much. It is worth noting that when checking in, they asked me if there was anything inedible in breakfast Food, very attentive) 4️⃣Pet-friendly (check-in will charge a certain fee depending on the size of the dog. In a four-star hotel, their prices are reasonable) 5️⃣Dinner, since pets are not allowed in the restaurant, we chose to have dinner in the room, the hotel's Room service was very professional, dinner was delicious and I highly recommend their desserts! 👍6️⃣Due to the structure of the room, the signal was a little weak during check-in. I made suggestions at night and I got their reply and help immediately. ⚠️A subtle suggestion: the yogurt for breakfast needs to have a clearly labeled flavor. In order to choose a flavor that suits you😊For this reason, I highly recommend this hotel. In my opinion, this is one of the few true four-star hotels.

Beautiful suites, well designed and spacious suites in a cave overlooking the Belvedere. Service was fantastic! They helped us in many ways in preparing us for a wedding of friends. The location is brilliant and just sitting in front of the room we were soaking in the mysterious vibe of Matera.

Everything about our stay here was absolutely perfect. We had originally planned to check into the room and then go out to find somewhere in town to eat, but once we saw the location of the hotel with the two dining tables along the wall with a beautiful view over the town, we decided we had to eat there and it was absolutely fantastic! (We especially loved the pasta with the walnuts and pumpkin sauce!) Such a wonderful location (it's on the quieter side of Madera and you truly feel like you've stepped back in time!) As for our room, we booked the suite with the cave pool and it was absolutely stunning! It took a bit to get used to the humidity in the room, but we this suite was definitely a phenomenal and unique experience! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, the room was amazing, the location was perfect, the restaurant is outstanding. Look no further and book this place, you won't regret it!

Amazing place ! Everything was perfect ! Great view on the caves ;-) We recommend this Palazzo and would like to come back here again ! Moreover, employees were very kind, and the restaurant is also to experiment !

Although not the easiest place to find. The room we had was excellent. The view of the sunrise was awesome and you get to see the caves clearly. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. the breakfast spread was so delicious and of course the coffees were the best. Definitely a place we wish to come back to.
