很好很大一家灑店但一定要開車去

Un hotel con lobby y áreas comunes muy muy bonitas; las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, llamando la atención algunos detalles (como que no funciona el aire acondicionado, un poco ruidoso). En recepción muy amables y atentos a nuestras dudas. Por el tiempo no pudimos usar la alberca ya que el horario de uso es limitado (10 a 19 hrs), se tocaba cálida el agua. Matera queda a 15 minutos en carro, el hotel tiene área de estacionamiento.

Piacevole esperienza appena fuori Matera per ritrovare il vero relax. Confort e benessere assicurato.

The UNAHOTELS MH Matera hotel in Matera, Italy was a stop on our tour but sadly, for only one night. It was the most high end place that we stayed in. It boasts a spa and swimming pool, 132 rooms and is near the Sassi, a Unesco World Heritage site. It is a large place and the room that I received was very large, with wood floors with adequate lighting. A large double bed was provided which was comfortable and not too soft. Coffee and tea service,[a nice selection] laundry service, a safe and a real plus-extra pillows and blankets were all provided. A nice desk and very comfortable desk chair are provided as well. The bathroom was large with adequate towels provided. A problem with the tub/shower is that it is small and there are no decals or a rubber mat provided to prevent slipping or falling,. There is a very small grab bar [see picture] but this is really inadequate but at least it is something. The water pressure, however, is good. The minibar is not stocked but if you want it to be, it can be for an additional 12 euros a day [I think in addition to the cost of what you consume] If not, vending machines are available on floors 1, 3, and 4. WiFI+ The breakfast was comprehensive and there were adequate selections. It was a very comfortable stay and I would recommend and return.

What a great town, such wonderful views, a photographers heaven. Great restaurants, some cut into the rocks. Lots of up and down steps and stairs. You must have a guide to get the best experience. It is famous for the filming of the last James Bond film. Other places to visit in Puglia are Alberobello, Trani for harbour and fish restaurants, Leche. Loved the octopus, the red wine primativo, and the olive oil.

Nice hotel that could be better. Rooms, restaurant and bar very nice as is the spa. Mixed grades on the front desk staff. When we checked in not so great. When we checked out I needed something printed and scanned and the stag was very helpful. Elevators are a little annoying

The most basic requirement for a hotel is to provide a comfortable, restful environment for guests. This hotel chose to do neither. There was no AC because it had not been turned on for the season which I understand. But they could have provided fans to make the rooms inhabitable. Instead the only option was to open the windows. That would not have been so bad except they allowed a party to play loud music until 2:00 a.m. consequently sleep was impossible.

great staff. great beds. great breakfast. unbelievable pools and pool staff. a very enjoyable place to stay. arranged taxis in town which was perfect.quality of meals as supberb we were part of a small group insight tour "" 5 stars
