Stay was very comfortable and good, Room were clean and big. I booked it for my family.Staff was pleasant and very courteous.restaurand Dasaprakah food was good, tasty and fresh made. Best part of stay was that Swami pre***and ji crosses from just outside hotel in midnight on his way to ashram, that was a very auspicious moment captured during my stay without any rush.

Dirty Washroom, no water pressure in washroom even on complaning, AC room with AC not working at Night. And the staff hang up your phone when raising concern to them Room 307 Dated 2-3 July 2022 Ruined thr trip

We booked a twin room with double beds for 4 personas thru Agoda.( to check in on 16 November) As this property has these type of family rooms we again reconfirmed over email that we will be getting twin room with double beds. We got Ok from them over email. On our arrival we were offered normal room with two extra beds, we refused that and showed the confirmation over email from their hotel. The reception persons were continuously discussing with their ***ager, but their ***ager refused to talk us directly, Then the staff asked Rs 2000 extra for the twin room, after some discussions, we agreed to pay that , but again after talking with ***ager they told us that now we don't have twin room . They wasted our 30 minutes time and ultimately we had to leave and check into other hotel. Totally totally unprofessional (1) The ***ager refused his own mail confirming twin room (2) The ***ager refusing to talk to us directly (3) even after we agreed to pay extra amount they refused to provide us the room. (4) They refused to write on our voucher that they are unable to provide us the stay even after confirmation .

A third class hotel with a weird receptionist named Mohit with ZERO hospitality skills. The property is ill maintained with stuffy Executive rooms, dirty linens and broken furniture. The restaurant is a complete let down as it runs of out tasteless items quite early. It is a gimmick. We got so fed up with this hotel that check-out early, a day before. Avoid this property.

Pathetic service. Every time we stayed here since 4-5 years. It was a good hotel from every point of view like service , food quality location etc. but this is the second time I experienced that might be their ***agement has been changed. Even last month April 2023, we stayed here but that is for 1 night only but this time we stayed here for 2 nights. The room service was very bad. My son needed a spoon but no one even came to provide it because they all were busy in the restaurant. Masal dosa , paneer masala dosa & aloo pran tha all we’re pathetic in taste Even they have the same breakfast menu daily. We ordered sandwiches & Maggi after 25 minutes they served sandwiches & we asked about Maggi then they told that it’s not possible

Worst experience with hotel staff & FOM Mr.Vikrant he used an abusive language against guests Ac is not working with the same but they ignored the complaint... GM is polite & convensive vikrant has to be replaced...

This is very good hotel. Staff is very funny special. Front office ***ager. Vikrant Singh very good all good and I am enjoying this hotel and thank you so much And house keeping staff is very good thanks Anil And resturant Mr Ganesh very good sarvice
