Run Away, Run Away, Run Away. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room. I am surprised why ******* is allowing this hotel to be listed. Please don’t book this hotel. I have also lodged complaint with ******* directly

Rooms were old, dated and dirty. The hotel was closed by the government, therefore most rooms and restaurant were sealed off. The overall condition of the property was dirty and unhygienic

The rooms only look good All the bed sheets had stain Towels and blankets were not clean bathroom are not good and clean properly Service is not good The pool table was free but there is a charge for the pool tableThis is not a hotel it is an old residential multi converted into a hotel

Excellent stay, supportive staff food is so good and quality is nice and hotel is so good hygiene and room is also so nice cleaning and service is so quick temples is also near by the hotel war welcome and smith checkin check out. Restaurant staff is also so good

Good place to stay with family, we booked one bedroom apartment, which have a sofacum bed in it, room was spacious, its location is very good just near the prem ***dir, you can walk from there also. Food of its restaurant very delicious. 100% recommended from us

This is a nice hotel in a very good location. It's not a brilliantly maintained hotel, it does need some paint and bit of care but it's fine. The bed is very comfortable and there's hot water . They have also got a gym which is small but perfectly adequate. The staff are really nice , we dealt with Raghav and other staff at reception and they were so funny and very friendly .

3 star is given for staff behaviour and food quality. Otherwise it doesn't give feeling of hotel. The property is not comparable to the rate they charge. Pros: Good and responsive staff. All departments. Good quality food. Buffet breakfast spread was good, if not lavish. Near to Prem ***dir. A 10 minute walk. E-rickshaw for local transport available outside from hotel. Cons: Hotel is actually in one society complex. They have bought one full tower and converted it into hotels. Doesn't give feeling o staying in start property after paying Rs. 4000 for one night. You feel congested in the hotel. Not much open space to room or sit. No refrigerator in the room. Swimming pool was not clean. ***agement attention is needed for overall cleanliness of the hotel. There were shortcoming (TV not working, Seat Flush not working, No bucket in bathroom) in the room which should be checked before guest checkin. But were immediately solved on pointing to ***agement.

All the facilities like swimming pool, gym, games area were out of order and the ***agement was very poor. I had to contact the house keeping multiple times just get my room cleaned once and also the food was very limited in the free breakfast.

Quite overrated doesn’t even look 10 percent of what is seen on the images ,badly maintained,kids room and activities not working pool non functional probably due to winters Overpriced there are much better hotels at this price kindly avoid and look for much better options at this price
