Fraud Hotel. Expect cockroaches and Spiders all over. Pathetic bathrooms …. Terrible experience… Families please stay away from this S**t. It’s nothing that shown in different websites …. Situated at narrow lane only 3 cars can park in their premises.

Excellent services..The hotel was a great fit to have luxurious stay.. staff were very responsive to the requests and all were humble..swimming pool was well very Maintained..food was great too.. overall a win package to stay in this hotel. Highly recommended

This place was grubby and dirty. I woke up in the night with seeing a rat/mice running up and down the curtain and across the pelmet. The place was out of the way really from anything. No I don't really recommend

We stayed at this hotel on the pictures from the hotel ***agement. But the rooms area really bad and discusting, bathroom are horrible on unclean, poo from previous tenants around toilet rim. Corridors full of pots and used plates from guests left overnight which attracted rats. We had rats in our room at night even though we never ate or had rubbish in our room, not a very pleasant stay and best avoid

Its a good property, nominal priced food, front office staff were good and kitchen staff too, room was spacious enough. Location was ok, they provide enough option for buffet breakfast. Beside some room service issue our stay was quite nice

the sheets have so ***y stains on them and the bathroom is so dirty and they don’t wash the comforters they said so and their outlets didn’t work and the phone didn’t work to order room service or call the front desk

The place is closest to Krishna Janmbhumi and Dwarkadhish Temple. Only 3-star hotel in that area. Food is good, and their evening chaat stall person can get ***y options to eat. The hotel is situated near the Yamuna river so morning and evening Aarti of Yamuna Ji we can see

Me and family stayed here for 2 nights and I was absolutely disgusted with the rooms and hospitality services. I've stayed at 1000s of hotels in my lifetime from Indonesia, Ethiopia, India, China, UK etc. This hotel is clearly the worst. This is definitely not a 3- or 4-star hotel like the reviews show. If I can rate it a 0, I would have. Few things I noticed during our stay. 1) Dirty bed sheets and pillows with stains. 2) Rat running around in the room. Hotel staff said quote " we'll catch it and remove them from your room. " This is not the correct answer for these issues. 3) Washroom was dirty with stains on the toilet and washroom sick. 4) Morning breakfast barely had any options. 5) At 4am someone tried opening our room door when my family was sleeping. Thankfully I was awake, I opened the door and found a person walking away from our unit. 6) Very loud noises all night in the lobby and from outside noises. Every hotel I've stayed at have sound proof windows or something to prevent outside and lobby noise. 7) No safety lock on your doors from the inside. Only one lock. This is a big safety concern from my point of view I had to put a chair in front of the doors. The staff as well is not helpful the person I spoke to at reception didn't seem to care. In conclusion, i don't recommended staying here and ill filling a complaint against the hotel for this.
