空港に非常に近く、送迎サービスは時間通りで、サービスは素晴らしく、ホテルは安全です。新しい設備、豊富な朝食、レストラン、美味しい

空港へのアクセスも良く、無料シャトルも完璧です。ホテルはとても快適で、一晩過ごすのに必要なものがすべて揃っています。唯一の不満は、朝食時にスタッフが全員集まって大声で雑談し、夕方にはレストランで小銭を受け取るのに 20 分も待たされたことです。

立地、清掃、サービスともに最高です。ただ、アドバイスさせていただくとすれば、レストランでランチをする際に、お客様にパン一枚分の代金を請求するのはやめてください。

満足していない！場所は清潔で、レストランではおいしい料理がありましたが、サービスは非常に貧弱です。 このホテルを誰にも紹介しません。 一晩しか寝ず、朝起きるとトイレが壊れていました。この部分は理解できますが、問題への対応の悪さが私を動揺させました。 トイレが壊れていることがわかったので、フロントに連絡し、急いでトイレを使いたいと説明しました。もう一度電話があり、15分後に誰かが現れて、本当にトイレが壊れているのでメンテナンスに来てもらうと宣言しました。急いでトイレが必要だと彼に伝えると、空いている部屋のカードを持って戻ってくるのでそこに行けると言いました。 さらに15分後、さらに2回電話をかけましたが、別のトイレに行くためのカードは渡されませんでした。私はあきらめて、これ以上待つことができず、トイレで用事を済ませ、間に合わせのバケツを使ってすべてを流しました。基本的に顧客サービスが悪いわけではありませんが、実際にはサービスやソリューションはありません。 30 分後早送りすると、私はレジでこの状況と自分がどれほど不満であるかについて不平を言っています。 私が非常に好ましくないレビューを書くつもりだと言った後でも、彼らはマネージャーに電話するほど重要だとは考えていませんでした。彼らは（非常に軽く）謝罪しただけでした。 まさか４つ星ホテルからこんな光景が見れるとは思いませんでした。 ここに滞在したい場合は注意してください。持続可能な慣行（トイレに中水を使用するなど）を利用しているため、通常の工場のホテルよりもアメニティで問題が発生する可能性が多くあります。これ自体は問題ではなく、賞賛されるべきことですが、ゲストが恥ずかしい状況に置かれないように、ホテルのことをよく理解し、適切な対応システムを用意する必要があるということです。 明らかに、この種の問題は解決できるほど重要ではありません。応答がなかったり無視されたりしたため、このホテルに滞在することはお勧めしません。

I stayed here for one night as I was transiting Cape Town with a flight the following morning. The check-in experience was pretty quick and seamless, as my booking was pre-paid. I stayed here being fully aware of the carbon-neutral moto. The hotel appeared clean and tidy. The free shuttle from the airport was trouble-free. The directions to the pick-up was simple to follow. The pick-up was on time, and it was a very short ride to the hotel - literally a matter of minutes. The room I was allocated - 233 - was spacious and clean. However, I was surprised by the bizarre layout, especially with the way the shower and bedroom is almost open plan - only a screen separate the two areas. The toilet is separated by a door, though. Other than that, I had no major issues with the room. The bed was large and comfortable, my sleep was not disturbed and it was generally a positive short stay. The shower worked fine, it took a little getting use to the water-saving feature in the sink tap. The toilet flush may have a malfunction, because it would stay stuck when pressed, and required tapping for the button to return from a pressed state. I felt safe during my stay, and was reassured by the security procedures in place when booking an Uber - drivers are asked to scan their driving licence at the gate when entering the grounds. The drive to the V&A Waterfront was about 25-30 minutes. I had a late lunch at the hotel restaurant - Nuovo. The menu was okay, but not spectacular. I visited the restaurant when it was relatively quiet with diners. However, I found staff were not particularly attentive. It took a while before someone approached me and provided a menu. The vegan burger I order was nice, even if it looked a bit dry. It was the only chargeable thing I incurred, which I put on the room (250 ZAR to pay on check-out). The breakfast is a decent buffet of hot and cold food, plus live omelette bar. There’s also pancake making facilities, automatic coffee machines and more. On check-out, to my surprise, I was informed of bills totally 600 ZAR. I explained that I only had one meal at 250 ZAR, which the reception staff accepted. However, a few days later, I received emails claiming that I had an unpaid bill for 350 ZAR, which I had to explain again in my response (I did not receive further contact after that). I think this was a case of staff incorrectly reading a room number when processing, or a guest deliberately giving the wrong room number. I caught the shuttle back to the airport after checking out, again trouble-free. All-in-all, a very good airport hotel, and one I could easily recommend to others.

A lovely hotel and spa. It is very close to the airport and has a shuttle service leaving every 30 minutes. Fine dining restaurant and great breakfast. There is a natural swimming pool, be sure to go for a dip!

The Hotel is good as usual but the kitchen produced really bad meals , I gave the Lamb Babootie 2 out 10 it was terrible- I cook this in the UK - the meat was just minced lamb - if could have been beef ? It was reheated in a microwave so served at too high a temperature to be safe. The other dish that we ordered was a salad - this looked like it was dispensed from a bought in salad bad with some added oil - very disappointing- did they have a chef in the kitchen?? We have stayed at this hotel for many years without complaining! Management please accept this feed back.

The hotel experience was great from the start to finish. Reception was lovely and friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very good experience.

Great Stay for a Convenient & Comfortable Airport Stopover I stayed at Hotel Verde for just one night to catch my early flight, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service was punctual and easy to find ~ making my airport transfer stress-free. My room was very comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a lovely view of Table Mountain, which was a nice bonus! The restaurant exceeded expectations ~ both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff and shuttle drivers were all friendly and accommodating, which made my short stay even more pleasant. Considering the free shuttle, complimentary breakfast, and overall sense of safety (especially important as a solo traveler), the price was definitely worth it. I’d happily stay here again before a flight and would recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Excelent hotel with the fine restaurant and transport from/to airport

Convenient hotel very near the airport. Check out time is early, 11AM, but you could negotiate with reception if you arrived late in the afternoon for check in. Shuttle to airport and back to hotel is convenient. But a driver, slim built, can drive so fast to the airport.

Great location near the airport for late arrivals, staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Breakfast is next level
