ヴィラ アリゼ(Villa Alizee)

When you arrive, you must ring the doorbell. But no one is answering because no one is there. When you call the owner he will tell ypu that he is not at home and you need to wait. They are proposing you to change currency for a very cheap price and also doesn't want to make you get in contact with your driver which I booked upon arrival. They even called the driver to ask him so many questions. They proposed me to take a taxi with them which was expensive. I prefer to rent a car but there is no parking space for the car. You need to park elsewhere. I'm not coming back here, they don't know how to talk to people. I really don't recommend this place at all.

Best place to stay in Mauritius, the staff are the best people we have met in Mauritius so far. Hondo and Oliver (the hotel staff) took care of us in Mauritius as family and fed us the best food you could have in the country. We didn't even need to look for dinner or lunch outside of the hotel! Our stay was worth every second and every penny. Thanks Oliver. Thanks Hondo.

Myself and a colleague stayed for nine nights whilst on a business trip to Port Louis. Villa Alizee is very convenient to Port Louis but is situated in a pleasant location with an easy walk to the beach. The Owner and his family made us feel very welcome and the help and local advice provided by Olivier was well appreciated. The place has a fantastic ambience and the rooms are perfectly comfortable and functional for our purposes during our stay with good wi-fi. My only slight criticism is that the TV only has one English language channel (BBC world news). Lastly the food is excellent (thank you Olivier) and overall great value.

The parking area had dog faeces everywhere. The parking area stank of poo and pee. their dogs are locked in a small cage. The dinner that is offered(no menu no prices) but RS 1000 average, for a average meal. They take advantage of people who order drinks. eg, i ordered 4 x double whiskey. They charged me for 12 shots. Apparently they saw i was enoying the drinks, so would serve a double double, without informing me. they did the same with the rums i ordered, at the end of the stay(not during) you get slapped with a ridiculous bill. We will never be using Villa Alizee again. If you shower after 9am, there is no hot water. I bumped into another group that had stayed there for a night and drank at the bar. They received also received a over inflated drinks bill.

It was a really bad service! food and beverage was cheap for the money paid and the food service itself was extremely poor. Some clients even did not get snacks!!! Moreover no soap and towels in rooms. Surely wont go again.

Villa Alizee is probably the best and friendliest place we have stayed in the 4weeks we have spent on this island so far. We were made extremely welcome on our arrival. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished and we had a lovely patio overlooking the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee was available at all times. Breakfasts were made personally to order as were the evening meals. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Our hire-car was kept secure in a large on-site compound. Ideal place to stay when you are visiting St Louis, Pamplmouse, Sugar adventure. Also close to the sea to watch the sunsets. We would definitely stay here again. A big "Thank You" to Oliver and Onda for making our stay at Villa Alizee so special.

Wow, what an awesome guest house. We chose Villa Alizee so that we could be close to Port Louis as we had business to conclude. We stayed for our entire trip(14days) and I can honestly say the service and food exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was as if you were at home, neat and clean. Jean and his family have created a warm and inviting environment and are such an awesome family. Our every need was catered for, no request was every to much to ask for. The absolute legend is Oliver the head chef, he is amazing and his food is to die for. It does appear as if he never sleeps as he is always around and available to help with whatever you need. I would highly recommend Villa Alizee. Thank you for an awesome holiday.

We initially booked 5 of our 15 days stay in Mauritius in Villa Alizee but wished we could've extended our stay. The overall experience absolutely exceeded expectations. First of all, everything was clean, neat and well maintained. The entire property, from room to pool to outside area, all of it. All food service was exceptional, the on-demand prepared breakfast + continental but especially the in-house dinner. The food prepared in this hotel is top-notch. Everything is made fresh from scratch and the service is Michellin Star. We live in Dubai and have dined in high-end restaurants, but this little gem hotel with its small dining area really lives up to high-end service and food quality, although being small scaled. The secret ingedrient is host Oliver. It seems like he's always around to attend your needs, answer any questions and make you feel comfortable. I wonder if he ever sleeps. The overall price for the stay and food were so little compared to the high service and quality we got. We really hope to come back again and I really recommend it for any type of traveler.

Es war fantastisch! Wir wollten ein paar Nächte nahe Port Louis in einem BnB. Die Villa ist benannt nach der Tochter Alizee des Besitzers Jean Marc! Der Service des Teams um Jean Marc, bei uns primär bestehend aus Oliver und Hondu - ich hoffe ich schreibe den Namen richtig, ansonsten verzeih bitte :) - war phänomenal! Man merkte die jahrelange Ausbildung; selbst in 5Sterne Hotels wie im Le Trousseauk oder Paradise Beachcomber fanden wir nicht solche aufmerksame und perfekte Hotelmitarbeiter! Das ganze Anwesen strotzt vor süßen Details, die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die Internetverbindung die schnellste - alle sind schnell, aber das waren wirklich 100 MBIT - die wir jemals hatten und der Pool sowie der Zentralbereich ein toller Bereich zum Ausgleich. Wir waren zu zweit über Silvester dort und der Besitzer zündete ein tolles Feuerwerk und öffnete seine Privatbar und stellte sie allen Gästen zur Verfügung, sodass es bis 4 Uhr morgens in großer Runde ging! Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll - Obst, Toast, Arme Ritter, Eierspeisen nach Belieben perfekt zubereitet! Das Abendessen ist frei wählbar, d.h. als Menü oder einfach nur als Hauptgang und ist wirklich sehr lecker - unbedingt dort einmal ausprobieren. Der nächste Strand ist 500m weit entfernt und man muss etwas neben den Privatanwesend vorbei, allerdings bietet die Unterkunft auch sehr günstige Transfers zu tollen Stränden wie Mont Choisy oder der Grand Baie an. Möchte man weitere, nahegelegene Ausflüge oder Autos mieten, ist das Team immer mit Rat und Tat (und sehr sehr günstigen Möglichkeiten) zur Stelle. Wir kommen wieder!
