Despite encountering several issues during our stay, the assistant manager's (Idiana) exceptional responsiveness turned our experience around. From a leaking air conditioner to non-functional amenities like the telephone and Wi-Fi, coupled with missing essentials like a bottle opener, it seemed our stay was destined for disappointment. However, Idiana's proactive approach in addressing our concerns was commendable. She not only worked tirelessly to resolve the issues promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her dedication and attentiveness salvaged what could have been a disappointing stay, turning it into a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The food at all the restaurant was great and we were pleasantly surprised with kot nou. We will look forward to going back to this hotel for our next vacation. Also shout-out to Venita who gave us a room in a great spot.

Lots of things to do and see in the hotel. Very helpful and welcoming staff, especially Rohan who advised us about where to eat and what to do. There are many restaurants in the hotel with different cuisines to try and choose from. Also, beautiful views of the beach and river.

The place very beautiful, clean very welcoming staffs, would like to thank Mr Roan who was very helpful by guiding us what to drink, and in what restsurant to eat and also very joyful and polite person. He accompanied us during our stay , looking after us very well.

The hotel itself is lovely and met all expectations. The staff were wonderful, courteous, polite and very attentive. The hotel was spotlessly clean as was the beach and all the restaurants. Unfortunately I have only given a 1 star due to the following experience but otherwise would have given 5. Two days before the end of the holiday an expensive pen which was of great sentimental value to me was stolen from the room. The incident was reported immediately but 8 days later the hotel still haven't contacted me with an answer in spite of me chasing it up regularly. In fact I have been made to feel a nuisance regularly contacting them.

I can not fault any part of my stay here. For me, what stood out was the exceptionally polite and friendly staff. ALL staff here are beyond helpful and lovely to speak to. It really stood out for us. Our room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay, and the hotel grounds and pool are so gorgeous and well kept. The food is exceptional. My partner is gluten free and he had so much choice. So much choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I really enjoyed all the food and drinks here. We did an excursion booked through the hotel and really enjoyed it. We also did the glass bottom boat trip which we enjoyed. The beach area is lovely, the staff are so attentive and polite. Overall, my stay here was exceptional and I would happily return. I would recommend this place to anyone.
