ワン & オンリー ル サン ジェラン(One&Only le Saint Geran Hotel)

The most wonderful hotel. Far beyond other 5* hotels. The facilities were incredible. The activities were excellent- cycling, sailing and water skiing being our favourite! The food was exceptional and the staff so friendly. Thank you for hosting us.

It was recommended so I came with high expectations and they were far exceeded by the experience. We met so many nice people who were there on holiday. It’s always a good sign when the guests are lovely too! So what can I say about the O&O St Geran? The location is lush with gorgeous views in every direction. The room was spacious and very comfortable; we are in love with the sheets. The food is outstanding! We ate in all the restaurants but the buffet was our favourite as the quality and variety was like no buffet we’d experienced. Be warned, alcohol and wine are pricey but the quality is excellent. The Spa has great treatments, I recommend the cold facial !! By far the best thing about the One and Only at St Geran is the team. They are warm and welcoming. So professional. From Arnaud the manager, veterans like the wonderful Mr Eric who looked after us at the beach. Our butler Kumar, Nicole at breakfast and the new team Sony, Yurgesh and Zumar! Too many people to call out by name. They made the holiday for us. Their kindness and care made it more than a luxury holiday. We could fully relax. I’m so glad we came and we will definitely return.

Very confortable, large and spacious room. Ocean view definitely better than lagoon view. The host was friendly and helpful. I lost my sunglasses and he found them in minutes. The kids had fun at the Kids only club. Good food. Met all my expectations

It is the best hotel that we have been in our whole life! They are very very friendly and also child friendly which is very important when you are traveling with your kids. Our hosts Kumar, Moonien, Marina and Liliana gave us the best services they could give and were always very respectful and kind. At the pool we had the privilege to be served by Eric, who also did everything to make our stay and our son’s stay super! We will definitely come back to One & Only Le Saint Géran with pleasure and can’t even wait to plan our next visit! Thank u team O&O Le Saint Géran!

What a place to celebrate your proposal. Nishi, Mudon and Lily and the hosting team we’re nothing short of exceptional. I’ll forever be grateful for the amazing experience and service my now fiance and i enjoyed courtesy of the hotel staff.

our stay was fantastic. first of all the place is exceptional, many rooms overlook the sea. the gardens, the beach, the swimming pools, the places of activities are splendid. the team is very warm and takes great care of the customers. the restaurants and coffee/cocktail area are very beautiful. there are many activities to do as a couple or as a family. the spa offers many services and a real relaxing break.

A very wonderful experience and very distinguished services, especially from Mr. Kooshal, who made a great effort with us and deserves all appreciation. In the beginning, we faced a problem with the room, as we booked connecting rooms, and upon arrival we did not find that, but the hotel upgraded us and provided us with a more than wonderful experience. The staff were all incredibly helpful, and the concierge service was extremely wonderful. They provided us with all our needs and suggestions, which made our experience the best experience ever.

What a stunning hotel, like any One&Only. Loved the rooms ...the pools...the service...the food! The pool is so so nicely located with floating bean bags...the service at the pool was exquisite. All the food was exceptional but Tapasake was something else. Loved it!
