Residence Inn Kansas City Airport

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and attractive. Toby and Lavonda were friendly and helpful at the front desk; all staff were pleasant and doing a great job. The morning breakfast is delicious with hot and cold choices. Hot and cold beverages are available in the lobby, presented attractively and conveniently in the main walkway. TV viewing options included streaming which was very nice.

Our bed and room were clean, attractive and comfortable. Toby and Lavonda at front desk were friendly and helpful! Breakfast and lobby beverages were delicious. We appreciated the tv channels and streaming options.

The staff was amazing!! Thr breakfast fresh and replenished frequently! The pool was unavailable during the time we were there, but they were kind to offer another hotel's pool so that we were not without. Lots of room, which was a big plus!

Great friendly staff who went above and beyond- especially the night manager Tobi- she was very helpful!

Front desk agents were great. Buffet staff nice and helpful also. Buffet itself was ok, would've loves some bacon as that is normally as common breakfast item. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we were sent down the road to Embassy for pool. Parking was easy and convenient. Suite was very spacious and comfortable.

English muffins were moldy and nobody that works there seemed to care. Felt nervous about eating anything else.

The hotel is an extremely nice property. Don’t be discouraged by the parking signs saying you have to pay for it, the parking is still free with a hotel stay. You just have to register with the company because they do tram people to the airport and people can pay to park there for flights. The late night front desk staff was so friendly and inviting. Room was incredibly clean and well stocked. Property is very quiet even as it was completely booked. Lots of amenities, pool room is nice, breakfast is great. Just an overall great experience. Will be staying here again on our way back through to Fargo.
