Beautiful views, private and accommodating staff. Only negative would be that they didn’t open the swim up bar and you had to track down someone for the bar in the lobby.

Beach hotel is a bit of a stretch. Yes it’s on the water and there is a small beach but the water is very murky. I didn’t even go past my ankles. I ended up driving to Sandy beach on the other side of Rincon which was awesome. Hotel restaurant was great though good food and the staff was very nice. Pool is also very nice huge resort pool with a poolside bar. If you want the walkout beach experience though I would choose something else

This hotel is a gem in Puerto Rico. The management does an excellent job keeping the facilities. Everyone in the staff is helpful and friendly. This is my fourth visit and every year they have surprised us with their service. If you come to the west coast try to visit the hotel

Not a “resort” feel, but clean hotel. Not a single piece of fruit on the property so I can take my meds in the morning, only vending machines w candy. I found this out at 6am when I need to take my meds, forced me to leave the property my and wander around In my rental car, while every store is closed. Even motel 6 has an apple or something small I can grab. Understaffed; I waited in line for 15-20 minutes to check in after traveling all day. Same checking out. If you need anything, you have to travel into town. Nice pool and view, friendly staff. Mega tip: go to the grocery store in town and stock up before you arrive. You feel pretty stranded at this place bc everything is a drive away. Overall- I expected more for the price. I wouldn’t consider this a resort but a clean, safe and nice hotel.

I have a wonderful vacations, the areas, pool , room was excellent, and the best of all was that’s the hotel is an excellent place to see the sunset , it’s is incredible the sun turns red

Customer care service is on point! Great hospitality and everyone was very nice. Beautiful views on every corner of the building. Great for a relaxing vacation or beautifully equipped as a venue for special activities. Can be 10/10 experience for a family event or romantic outings. The restaurant had great food and affordable. The pool and jacuzzi was a bonus! The room is exactly what you pay for. Very comfortable. It was a very relaxing ambiance. Will definitely repeat my stay and recomend forward.

This hotel was a great discovery. I find it online the night before our stay. Is a beautiful place and had a very nice pool with great ocean views.
