Terrible customer service! We arrived to check in at 10:55 pm. There was a hand written note on the front desk stating “Skyler is on the 3rd floor and would be happy to assist you”. The phones were ringing non stop, and no Skyler to be found. We went to the 3rd floor several times, only to find hotel rooms and no Skyler. After 30 minutes of waiting we ended up leaving. When you’ve been driving over 6 hours and reservations have already been made, this is very frustrating. Terrible customer service! Terrible way to operate a hotel when people are arriving to check in, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Travelodge will be marked off the list for sure!!!!!’n
