The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was decent, but not great. The location is fantastic if you're in town for a ballgame. However, my room was at the very north end of the hotel near the highway and the road noises at night was pretty bad/loud due to the elevated roadway. The reason for my terrible rating on cleanliness is that when I turned down my sheets, I had black flecks of something all in my sheets, as well as a long dark hair under the top sheet I could see. Additionally, I had some sort of dead bug on my side table. It looked like potentially a bed bug, so I didn't get much sleep the only night I was there. I'd recommend this hotel to stay at with a few caveats of asking for a room on the south end of the hotel as well as checking your sheets as soon as you get into your room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I booked an executive suite and I had to be downgraded due to BED BUGS!!!! They refused to give me any refund for the difference since I was downgraded to a cheaper room!!! As well pool was broken and they said we had to go to another hotel if we wished to swim. I wish I could show the pictures of the bed bugs too but they don’t allow pictures.

Parking was relatively expensive, rates should really be mentioned at the time of booking. $27USD per night is definitely on the higher end of the spectrum. Also, not sure about other rooms, but our washroom/bathroom did feel dated in contrast to the rest of the room. Other than that, everything was pretty good!

Tub stained. Toilet paper was a far reach from the toilet. No fan in the bathroom. Nice shower pressure. Bathroom floor sticky. Not enough hooks to hang all towels in the bathroom. Only 1 wastebasket in the whole suite. Only outlets by the sinks. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Tight parking quarters. At the time of reserving the room i was not made aware that there would be an additional cost for parking. Breakfast was ok except the eggs were cold.

The continental breakfast was amazing! They offered hot oatmeal with different toppings, turkey sausage and there were 2 waffle makers. Most hotels do not have variety like this one. The staff was friendly and they offer shuttle bus service to PPG Paint Arena.

Great location in downtown Pittsburgh--right across the street from PNC Field. Room was contemporary styled and clean, with comfortable beds and room amenities. (Hot water could have been hotter.) Good (not great) continental breakfast in lobby every morning. The attached SoHo restaurant looks like it's worth trying. Will dine there next time I'm in town.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Room just seemed like it was under repairs or neglected.

Really shocked that a Marriott would allow the shower curtain, while hanging, touch the toilet bowl. Try using toilet without the curtain getting in the way- touching you while you do your business. Not acceptable. If you really care, have a human reading this, and want photo- I have 2 for you.

We loved the pool and the breakfast bar in the morning ! At night we visited the bar down stairs and relaxed by the fire place outside, very nice!
