The lady that prepared the breakfast was so nice. The customer service was excellent. She helped make waffles and drinks for us. I really appreciated that. The place was clean, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again next year. Elevator went down temporarily and was quickly back in order again.

This was a perfect hotel for the trip we were on with band students. Quiet area and breakfast was great. Students were able to sit in lobby and visit and chalerones were well taken care of by hotel staff.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate so a good voice for a quick overnight stay. Rooms are fairly updated, clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was better than average with Emma as our delightful host.

The staff were very friendly and they made our stay extra special. The rooms were very nice, clean and modern. We will stay here again during our next visit to McDonough.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to appear at front desk. Got wrong key. Front desk person seemed eager to help and doing her best but no one else to help

Hotel stay was very accommodating, right off the interstate. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good. Nice people, would come back and stay again! Ty

Cockroach on the room I saw two one on the bed the other one in the nightstand. I was really disappointed

Overnight receptionist was rude, lazy, and either doesn't understand, in the industry she works in relies on customer satisfaction or doesn't care. She was more concerned with her male company than actually do what she's paid to do, she does NOT have any respect for her co-workers, she directed me to put trash and towels, which were soaked with vomit, for housekeeping to pick it up. Apparently "she wasnt touching bag of vomit towels". The bag was coomerical oversized bag I had to get from my car, because she didnt know where the bags were.

The property was clean and well maintained. The parking area was well lit and user friendly. The woman at the front desk was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and completely stocked with a complement of hotel amenities. This was a very clean and well maintained facility.
