Todo estuvo exelente solo que uno de los cuartos tenía hormigas no muchas pero me picaron cuando llegamos y cuando nos hibamos Y en la maleta junto ala ventana también Y el baño poco tapado la regadera no se iba el agua pero la pasamos exelente en la SCHW el Evento al que fuimos

Hotel was well kept and is also a convention center. 1* for the concierge. I felt I was treated poorly because i wasnt fi ely dressed. When checking in there was an older gentleman in front of me whom was treated like a king. The concierge was so polite and friendly to him to the point I was shocked how when I stepped up it was a 360. I don’t think he even looked at me and was not friendly or welcoming. My wife whom is the most optimistic cheerful person around even said to me, “He was rude”. Checked out at 3AM to head on the road and a different concierge treated me the same. Did not feel welcome here.

The property was very nice and very clean. What I didn't like about it is: When I booked the hotel through ******* it shows Parking available. It said nothing about parking is extra $$$. Then when I checked in, I asked about parking because there was no obvious parking in front. The agent told me how to park around back and he even told me I could park in reserve. But, NOTHING was said about parking is extra $$$. It wasn't until the next morning, I logged into my bank and saw and extra $19 charged to my card. I called the front desk and they said parking was $18 tax. That made me very upset because, again NOTHING was told to me. The front desk just said they were sorry because I booked with an outside agency. So, very disappointed with the hotel and the lack of communication that I received and the extra charge that was not mentioned to me. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

I was disappointed that I was never informed parking was an additional charge. I was also under the impression breakfast was included for the stay but did not find out until walking to that area that it was $22 per person.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful, food and drinks were good. I love this hotel!

The property is beautiful inside and outside! The staff are the best! Great bar inside the hotel if you want to stay in.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property was well maintained with minimal uncleanness. The pillows were too soft as well as the water pressure but over decent.

Great place to stay. Food at Restaurant good. Only challenge is room by stairwell. You hear door open an closing.
