I book this hotel everytime I go to Brookings

Shower had good pressure. Room was not vacuumed, not sure if my sheets were changed before I stayed due to hairs in the bed. Outdated room. Hallways and stairwells were filthy.

Overall it was really good and our family will be back. I gave it a 3 because proper cleaning of bedding is huge to me. No tv remote. Very well priced and the kids really enjoyed the swim area.

Concrete around pool dirty with hair and food crumbs, dogs barking across hall, garbage and chip crumbs on floor in room, tub drains slow, sofa bed extremely worn with springs poking out, dirty sheet on sofa bed, extreme chemicals in pool that made all kids eyes hurt. Just an overall bad stay. Won’t come again.

Needs to be updated mold and water damage everywhere no towels in the pool area stuff laying around all over

None of the outside doors are locked, so anyone can get into the hotel, our room was on the first floor of the hotel-the windows did not have a screen or a a lock, the tub was rusty, there were cobwebs in the corners of the room, the toilet was running, and the room did not feel like it had been cleaned very well. We checked in and checked right back out, left immediately!

WiFi does not work in Rooms. Rooms were very dirty upon arrival. You only get two watermark bracelets for a room that sleeps 5? Overall, not great. Would not stay again even for the water park.

Hotel is definitely not what it used to be. It is dated, and in severe need of many updates. Pool area is fun for kids, but dirty and in need of updates. Tons of tiny gnats/fruit fly like bugs in pool area around tables with food. Ick! Sheetrock is crumbling and on floor in hallways, toilet seats loose and not attached, loud squeaky doors in hotel rooms. Continental breakfast was blah, except for the waffles and cereal. The gal at the front desk was a rockstar and so friendly and helpful… and pretty sure she worked nonstop from 8 am Saturday to noon on Sunday. WOW!

The bed and space was comfortable. The tub faucet leaked so I could hear that and with the leaking not super eco-friendly.
