I dont like

It was the worse hostel/hotel i have ever been in my life. Everything is terrible. The rooms don’t have air conditioning, so it is impossible to sleep. The bathrooms are dirty and no one cleans it. Besides that, the biulding is old and need repairs

Terrible experience! The shared room don’t have air conditioning, it’s very small and has poor ventilation. Medellin is a hot city is and sometimes I arrived at the room and it was SMELY because I understand the people were sweating a lot at night at the room because it was REALLY HOT. Also, they didn’t clean the bathrooms on the 3 days I’ve stayed there. It’s kinda disgusting because I was sharing a room and bathroom with 7 unknown people

Selina was great. Very friendly staff with very comfortable rooms especially if you get a deluxe or suite. The best part about going to selina is the location and the access to coworking. Always service with a smile at howm. I really appreciated the staff.

Don't go here! Totally misleading pictures of building and rooms, nothing is as is! They didn't uphold there pay3stay4 the amount I saw on original booking was more than invoice they gave when at hotel. Also first room had no windows as I requested a standard room, it was a dungeon poor lighting and bad bed with a/c and big tv. Requested change after one night so they moved me to a top floor no a/c no tv in plus 30 degree weather! They never told me this, poor communication even swear did it on purpose and said all rooms were now booked which I barely seen anyone at hotel. Overall, no bar/restaurant as advertised, room the two I had were dismal, a d staff did not want to help with overpriced room I was charged! Would never stay here, don't do it, better options than 70-90us a night!

Great place to stay and work, especially for the solo traveler. The community kitchen, movie room, and cafe make it a great place for longer stays as well. Perfect location in El Poblado. Nice design, good value. Most of all I appreciate the excellent service. Thank you María Valentina for saving my trip!

The shared bathrooms did not work for any of the rooms on the floor and we were all redirected to the dorm bathrooms, one of which was out of service, another one had been continuously clogged and the other 2 were VERY dirty. We asked politely to change floors and front desk had no solutions, the staff was very rude and did not empathize at all. Their suggestion was to go to another floor every time we wanted to go to the restroom. We contacted Selina Customer Service as well and again, no solutions during or after the stay. We paid for a room with a shared bathroom between 3-4 rooms, not the whole floor crapping on the same 3 toilets, it was disgusting (I have pictures but I’m sure this will be taken down if I upload them, so see the out of service sign and broken door for one of the 4 total mixed dorm bathrooms). I skipped the reviews because I trusted Selina, don’t make the same mistake.

Security guards wanted money almost everytime while coming back to the room late nights. I never wanted to come out my room because we never knew if the guard were going to take our money.

I’ve been coming here for a few days during my trip to Medellin. the staff at this cafe have been friendly and helpful. The food tastes great. Prices are average for the area. Food takes some time to arrive to keep that in mind if you’re in a rush I would suggest the bakery items.
