晚上入住排隊checkin，前面還有一隊人5個人，checkin 花了20分鐘，第一次碰到這麼久，可能工作人員不熟練。
還有酒店無線網絡不是很好用，其它整體來説都還不錯

My experience at the end was a nightmare, they overcharge my credit card with tax that people living in other countries should not pay by law, I did found that because I stayed in another hotel and they mention that which made me feel very disappointing to know that Blue Suites charge me for something I didn’t need to pay and up for today they haven’t done the devolution to my credit card. They even ask me to fill out a form to agree if they want to do more charges to my credit card and of course I didn’t sign anything
Please don’t let them robe you in your face, we as tourist also have rights and it can’t be violated like that
Also I leaved something in the sink that was from my baby and next day it wasn’t there was not a big thing and when we ask for it was no comments about that, it wasn’t a big deal so we didn’t say anything but still very frustrating
At the end our experience was very bad feeling that they charged something illegal and because the people don’t know , no body says anything, that is not fair with the tourists

It is a small hotel. You can hear people just simply talking from other rooms due to thin walls. You can hear noise from the mini store and residential apartments right by the hotel at all times. On our first night, we asked the receptionist at 9:30pm a recommendation where we can go out to grab dinner. Her response was unhelpful by saying “I don’t know.” Being tourists visiting Medellin, it would be more professional on the receptionist’s part to be kind and resourceful for guests to start off with. The part we did enjoy at the hotel was the rooftop restaurant.

The room was great but the additional bed was broken (the staff did nothing to help - which was a big issue). The location is ok (not in el poblado but about 15 minutes walking from there). Overall mixed feelings: good hotel in principle but when the issue occurred (again, a broken bed) the staff was not helpful at all!

My bedroom smelled bad. Almost like mold. I asked for a new bedroom and they only let me do it to a more expensive (bigger) bedroom.
