ホテル ダン カールトン メデリン(Dann Carlton Medellin Hotel)

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

One of the nicer hotels in Medellin and near everything in the Poblado / Provenza area. Good pool and jacuzzi, but rooms and gym are very dated.

泳池可以，整體高規格，健身處有桑拿房。不過早飯一般。地理位置不錯，離酒吧一條街近，對面有星巴克和creeps y waffles

I've stayed here before. The customer service is top-notch. I was also happy that we were able to stay in the same room even though we had one reservation for Thursday to Friday and another reservation for Friday to Monday.. I spoke to Ruben in advance, and he made sure that we could do that. Thanks, Ruben!

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food served for the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great selection. Plenty of staff to assure your coffee cup was never empty. The manager of the staff handling breakfast was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and always with a warm greeting. The rooms were kept clean every day and extremely comfortable. Whenever help was needed someone was sent to the room literally within minutes. The hotel is situated in the el Poblado barrio. A very nice barrio with many things in easy walking distance.

Would not recommend this property. It is listed as 5 stars but the experience is far from it. The check in staff is rude and unhelpful. The room is small and not clean. There are things that are broken. We were woken in the middle of the night (2:30 am) by a loud noise coming from our air conditioning which would not stop. We had to get someone to come into our room and fix it. The room also had paper thin walls and was very noisy. We had to ask multiple times for people to be quiet. They only give you one key, so if you are two people you cannot separate. They are not accommodating of additional needs. Would not stay here again.

The overall conditions of this hotel, it seems like a 3 stars hotel, and very, very, very distant to be a 5 stars hotel, that based in personal Comparision with hotels marked in that category, they need to improve in many fronts.
