My second stay at this hotel, make sure you book the right room which fits your needs as they have different sizes

Strange hotel. New and quiet away from the craziness of lleras which are positives. However, the design is just odd. Strange snacks in the mini bar, strange things in the room, dark halls with eerie music playing, they are trying too hard to be overly hip. Not worth the price compared with other hotels nearby.

Amazing place , however they were not helpful in allowing me to check in to my room even one hour early. They insisted I wait until 3 pm and then one back. The lobby area is basically outside and it was raining,,I basically froze to death while the front desk people insisted that I could not check into my pre-paid room until 3 pm sharp. I sat there for two hours quite chilly and damp, and had to sit at their outdoor restaurant (very slow and poor service) and order and expensive lunch because they would not let me in a little early. The place was not crowded either. Therefore my first impression was poor.

Staff have far too much attitude and not guest oriented. Rooms very small but beds comfy. Breakfast was nice. Too much for all the attitude.

The Click Clack is a beautiful property in an amazing location. My husband and I stayed in the 2XL suite. It is very aesthetically pleasing but the lack of function for guests was frutrating. No closets, no drawers, no bathroom space for anything. The breakfast included was great. The pool was small but had a wonderful view.The 2nd rooftop bar had the best cocktails and the customer service was a 5+. Highly recommend.

The property was nice in a good location. At a certain point my friend and I felt uncomfortable as the staff continuously asked us for our room number as if we didnt belong. We were advised that only the hotel staff was allowed to ask which made things worse because the restaurant staff went out of their way to come to the pool and embarge on our good time. I would definitely stay in the area when I come back however we will be going through another hotel.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but this time was an exception. This Hotel exceeded my expectations. I have never felt so welcomed. Everything was great. The breakfast, the rooftops, restaurants, the location was very convenient, the room service was quick and precise. Their customer service is top tier! I will definitely come back!

Such a unique and lovely hotel. We had only a short time in Medellin…next time will book more time here. The hotel is in a safe, nice part of the city. It has a lovely, relaxing and yet vibrant feel to it. Very urban chic. The rooms are very comfortable, though I would recommend to upgrade to at least a medium room and get the small balcony. The rooftop bar has such amazing views. Be sure to go there for a cocktail. The breakfast in the morning is very good, very filling and, again, served with such hospitality. We ate at the Thai restaurant that is there and it was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when I return to Medellin.
