Amazing food and great service! We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary in the hotel. We stayed, eating in the hotel restaurant! The food was delicious, the steak soft, prepared the way we asked for! We can only recommend it!

Good hotel facility with friendly staff situated in a secure neighborhood. The main street of Poblado, Carera 43A is just a 5 minutes walk, where all the action is happening. The Santa Fe Mall and high end Oviedo Mall are on a walkable distance.

The staff was excellent, breakfast options were wonderful and hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

The employees are very friendly, the pillows are not comfortable, the bed was hard and the breakfast is average. All time there are scramber eggs. The hotel is far from restaurants. You would need taxi

Excellent customer service, good location, quiet and safe location

The hotel itself is nice, is in a nice neighborhood, they have a great breakfast. From the 11th floor up are apartments by a private owners. These are very different then the hotel itself. They are old, broken, dirty and smelly. DO NOT STAY THERE. We booked apt 1202 with 3 bedrooms but receives room 1201 with 2 bedrooms. The bathrooms were dirty, the kitchen was dirty. Everything that can be broken, was defect. The next day we got our room we paid for. Same problems. No hot water, washing machine not working, shower and kitchen dirty etc.

My initial contact was via a phone call. I was impressed by the professionalism and the friendly manner in which Srta. Daniela Diaz made the reservation and followed it up by arranging transport to and from the hotel. Upon arrival at the Alejandría I was welcomed by a friendly smiling Luis Hernado, the "botones" who could have doubled a the Consierge of a major hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we were attended by an excelent and friendly wait staff. The outdoor dining area added a tropical flavor and was very enjoyable, Our commute to and from the Plaza Mayor was facilitated. Our exerience at this hotel made our first visit to this spectacular city a memorable ocassion.

A perfectly comfortable but basic hotel. Lovely welcome from front desk. The hotel was in chaos at the time with a huge coach group - and I think this is typical of who stays here. Room was stark but comfortable, nice toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was a little chaotic as lots of people eating at the same time so staff struggling to replenish quickly enough. Nice gym and roof terrace with great views over the city, so be sure to check it out. I thought we could walk to the cool area from here but it was a little far so took Ubers.
