Een geweldig mooi hotel , geweldige kamer maar hoge deposit, goede locatie

Excellent service and attention. All staff are very helpful. Room was neat and very comfortable beds. Hotel location is great with lots of shops, restaurants and bars near by. Definitely will consider it again for our next visit to Medellin.

Management was Súper disrespectful to my girlfriend and her friend. Will not let my girlfriend friend come to the room to get ready to go out. Everything was problem.

Excellent hotel, great service, nice restaurants. We loved the location. Unfortunately they are building a skyscraper next door and the noise starts at 7am every day.

My stay at The Charlee Hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The room was elegant and very clean. The amenities and restaurant were exceptional. I would very much return to this hotel on my next visit to Medellin.

Everything was perfect except that the noise from the gym in the morning was impossible to sleep. They start 5:30 am till like 10 nonstop noise and banging will not stay there again only for that reason

Despite concerns about noise in the area, I found that once inside, the peaceful ambiance prevailed. With all things considered, the Hotel gets a 5 star for me. But the icing on the cake was The Concierge, Yuliana, she was a true gem who proactively reached out to me as soon as I booked the Hotel on *******. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. From arranging airport shuttles to curating tours and recommending restaurants, Yuliana anticipated my every need. If you appreciate efficiency and top-notch service, this hotel is a must-visit. I can't recommend it highly enough! We will surely be back to Medellin Colombia and there is no doubt we will be staying at The Charlee!!!

We stayed for a night. Hotel is nice. Next to LLeras Park. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel has underground parking lot that was free for us. There are lots of bars and restaurants around which was a bit noisy, but after 11:00 - 11:30 was very quiet. Provenza street is just a block away.

The rooms was really nice and the jacuzzi was amazing. Everything was clean and the people were super nice.
