Apartamentos en El Poblado

WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAD IN THIS TRIP SO FAR. We booked an apartment for 3 nights. After the first night a person came in the morning and asked us to leave. DIDN’T EVEN GET ANY NOTICE. Apparently the manager had a mistake and booked people over our reservation. She was rude and didn’t want to listen. Told us we have 30 minutes to pack or she calls the police. Very bad energies!!! Never happened to me in my life. It is highly recommended that you find a different place.

we have booked one bedroom apartment for 1 night. when we arrived the place, they showed us a better apartment with two bedrooms. we wanted it so they asked us to cancel the current booking. after the cancelation they asked us to pay for with cash only, we had only for one night so they said tommorow we will pay for the rest. the day after they just kicked us out in the early morning because there is no proof for our other night booking, which is their fault because they didnt have credit card machine and only asked for cash... i want to report this building and give them rank 0!!!!! this is the worst management i've ever seen.
