Friendly and highly welcoming staff, lovely and pleasant. Very close to Masjed .

Excellent location, just outside the Haram. Very good services. Easy check-in and check-out.

A great place to stay, very near to Nabawi Mosque. Lots of choices for Sahur Buffet. Nice room except for lack of lightings at main area of room (I stayed at its Honeymoon Suite). However, housekeeping service needs to be improvised. Throughout our 3 night stay, housekeeping only came once and that too when we bumped into them and asked our room to be cleaned (even though the sign make up room was already on at that time). Generally it’s a nice place to stay and very convenient.

I had a terrible experience at the hotel with one of the supervisors. At about 11.30pm I cut my finger quiet badly in the room and rang the reception for a plaster. The supervisor picked up but spoke no English. I hung up in frustration and then came down where he berated me for not wanting to come down and for being annoyed. He escalated a situation that did not need to be escalated. I don't think I'd stay in this hotel again.

Nice hotel

Excellent and faces front lines of prayer lines. Far from shops like Bin Dawood and perfume stores but perfect for Haram area

The nighttime reception service was unfriendly, and the housekeeping standards fell short. During my last night's stay, I noticed the glasses in my room hadn't been replaced; the old ones remained. Despite calling housekeeping twice to request cleaning, the task was done carelessly. Breakfast needs more variety. Adding Western and Asian options would make it more exciting. Hotel Feedback Form 1. "Suggestion: Enhance breakfast variety by incorporating Western and Asian options." 2. "Breakfast improvement opportunity: Increase diversity with international cuisine options."

The location was very good near to masjid and Baqeea. It was an expensive stay and the breakfast wasn’t good

Location is fabulous. Breakfast had pretty good options. However, you cannot compare this to a North American chain in terms of service. The front desk staff is very polite and can communicate really well.(all of the folks on the front desk)

فندق جميل وكبير قضيت فيه انا وامي اجمل يوم يارب نزور المدينه كل سنه واحنا بصح وسلامه

先知寺景觀套房，有兩個房卡，裏面設施較陳舊，但是可以見到先知墓，下樓過馬路就是聖寺，優點是位置好，早餐種類少點。
