ホテル ハイペン プレミア メールート(Hotel Hyphen Premier Meerut)

I went to Meerut for business and this is a terrible hotel; I don't know how it got four stars in the first place. I'll just mention a few points to help you understand the hotel's condition; 1. A poorly ***aged hotel. 2. Mosquitoes and fleas in the rooms 3. The rooms are filthy 4. My kettle in the room has four dead cockroaches; fortunately, I have the habit of cleaning before using. When I requested a cancellation for the second day, they refused. As a result, I was forced to stay against my will. This hotel is actually on the outskirts, adjacent to a dead mall; they have their restaurant in the basement, which I found to be in very unsanitary condition. Breakfast is limited in terms of variety. I am completely dissatisfied.

We hosted our wedding at Hyphen The hotel ***ager Mr.Prashant , Mr.Atul and the rest of the staff helped us a lot with our wedding arrangements, and they were very calm and patient in everything they ***aged. The property was good and spacious and the food "Was such a good experience we had a lovely time there. All the arrangements and everything were great, and all of our guests loved the food and everything. Again, repeating my words: - All the services were ***aged perfectly. The ***agement is very professional, the staff handled everything very well! The decorators were externally hired. Very happy with the food, it was delicious!

Visited Hotel with family but hotel is not so clean ..staff also not professional and empathic especially front staff.. I think staff need training for hospitality of guests... service is also poor Not recommended if u are traveling with family.. For business travel also unless very urgent and u have no other option only then u can stay... Otherwise full no to this property...

It's good hotel in Meerut City 🌆 staff is also good and well behaved person Anything you want to order it came in your rooms only in one call to the staff It's nice hotel and food also good. Strongly recommend

Nice place to stay in meerut, food was very tasty, all area was neat and clean, I strongly recommend that everyone must try their services and food as well as, all staff is very good and having polite behaviour

We booked the property for two days (1-2 May) to have engagement and wedding ceremony. Location of hotel is suitable for everyone either traveling from another city or even locals. During our initial visit we met with Prashant, the booking ***ager. He is a kind and cooperative person who understood our requirements and executed them to perfection. Rooms are spacious, secure and have all amenities required. Hotel maintained 24 hrs security in the common areas as well. Coming to food, we booked Breakfast, lunch and Dinner(for ceremonies) with the hotel. Breakfast and lunch were a small affair and were well organized as per our needs. Food was also catered for people with special preferences (without onion and garlic). Even though both the Dinners were for a large gathering, quality of food and service was 5-star. We had sufficient servers and attendants at the food stalls. Food was served fresh and there was quick service of water and drinks throughout the event. We got worried because of sudden heatwave in those days but hotel staff especially Prashant and Pradeep (event supervisor) ensured that AC's worked well and there was no shortage of water in rooms as well as in events. Prashant was actively involved and asked for continuous feedback during events and acted upon them which helped the events run smoothly. We would highly recommend this hotel for all business and family events.

All staff is very good, nice hotel to stay near shopprix mall, food was awasome, staff response is very fast. Thank you very much to team hyphen to make my stay memorable. Special thanks to their ***agement who are providing best service in the city

I had great experience at hyphen, during our family function .All arrangements done by mr.prashant, including staff,they all were friendly n eager to help,hotel was well maintained n clean, food was good,location is easy to get in , highly recommend, Thankyou teem Hyphen 🎉
