レジダンス オテル レント(Résidence Hôtel Rent - Megève Centre)

This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment for rent. So lower your expectations in terms of on site help or availability. The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. Using the ******* app to communicate with them is unreliable as they will claim not to receive messages on time or at all. Once booking is completed they will send you an email in French. Information regarding your access to the apartment and to request linen and towels is there in the email…in French. If you don’t speak French…you will be lost like I was when I showed up to the property. Linens and towels will cost you extra $$$. You also have to bring your own soap and toilet paper as they won’t supply it to you or offer to sell you these items either. Good luck!

Filthy apartment. Beds covered in dark disposable sheets and pillow cases(not tone removed)with a view to putting ordered bedding on top! Dark bedding covered in hair and stains. Bathroom edges covers in mold. Every thing one touches feels dirty. This apartment is a health hazard. I left hours after I checked in and went to a hotel. I expect to be reimbursed or I will never use Hotel.com ever again. I sent photos to the agent I was in contact with.

The accommodation was much better than we expected reading the reviews. Be aware all rooms are different and have different set ups. Ours 217 was nice and clean, everything we needed. Plenty of space to store clothes. Reception was a little dark and musty which doesn’t give a great initial impression but the keys were waiting for us as we arrived late. WiFi was great and plenty of hot water. Towels and bedding provided and nice and clean. Location is a short distance to centre. We stored skis and boots in a locker in town so no issues. Parking out front was good and next to a small supermarket which was great. Even though it’s on a main road, it wasn’t as bad as others make out - no issues with noise. If you want deluxe this place isn’t for you but then if you don’t want to pay £500 a night then this is a good choice. You just have to manage your expectations. Megeve is expensive! Sejour satisfaisant. Meme si le logement est vieillot le couchage est confortable. Il y a le strict minimum, un grille pain et une cafetiere. Il n y avait pas de chauffage collectif donc un radiateur m a ete amené dans l heure . Il est indiqué logement non fumeur mais je pense que certains locataires n ont pas tenu compte de la directive. Toutes mes affaires sentent!

L’hotel degli orrori!!! Definirlo una bettola è fargli un complimento, prenotato con Booking, quindi soldi presi in anticipo, ci siamo ritrovati una struttura totalmente sporca e fatiscente, del tutto diversa da quella presentata su Booking in foto, senza front-office, a 1200 km di distanza da casa, senza alcuna assistenza. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiarci appartamento, ci hanno risposto che non ne avevano altri disponibili. Ovviamente non siamo rimasti, non avrei fatto dormire neanche il cane là, figuriamoci i miei figli!!! Loro intanto si sono tenuti i soldi e, nonostante le nostre continue richieste di risarcimento, non ce li hanno restituiti. Zero serietà sia da parte loro, sia da parte di Booking

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un des studio. Réservation impeccable, renseignements complémentaires parfais. Le studio est extrêmement fonctionnel. Il est proche de Megeve nous avons que très rarement pris notre véhicule du coup. Merci au propriétaire pour ce belle endroit

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Les chambres sont petites mais très bien équipées (machine Nespresso). On a apprécié le parking et la proximité du centre du village à environ 1 km. Nous avons tout fait à pied.

En un mot :déplorable... À éviter +++. Accueil désagréable le samedi 13 août à 14h45. Pas de papier toilette dans la chambre (et pour en avoir nous avons du quémander à l'accueil. La chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. La literie était très uncomfortable. Bref même pour 100 euros la nuit c'est inacceptable

Prenoto al volo questo albergo arrivo e non ci sono lenzuola ne 'asciugamani, lo stato d'igiene è pessimo ...chiedo un cambio appartamento me lo fanno ripagare dicendomi che devo chiedere il rimborso del primo appartamento a booking .....stanca e stremata ripago , problemi finiti? No : appartamento sporco, prese penzoloni, stoviglie sporche e mal tenute ,mi lamento e il proprietario mi risponde che sono pazza! Ovviamente fotografo il tutto e chiedo il risarcimento ....oltre a essere dei gran maleducati non hanno idea di cos'è una struttura alberghiera.....se volete rovinarvi le vacanze è il posto giusto
