It was a small but clean hotel. Room was good and carpark was secure. Swimming pool is small. Two things for feedback: On Monday breakfast, there were only choices of breakfast sets to choose from. One per pax. We usually like to try what’s available on buffet so the set buffet was disappointing. Another thing is, we couldn’t keep the key card for souvenir. First time we came across this as we have a collection of where we’ve travelled and stayed with the hotel card.

Parking space are provided. Around 15 mins slow walk to Jonker street. Breakfast is simple and good. Security guard and receptionist are helpful and polite 👍🏻 Hotel room cleanliness can be improve.

A very beautiful suite hotel in Melaka Town. Hotel opened just last year in 2022. Still maintain very well 👍 So far compare to other hotels in Melaka Town. This will be the top 3 in my staycation list ✌🏻

hotel very comfortable,got own parking area with security guard.The staff all very nice,most importantly is include breakfast,the breakfast choice not much but all delicious,my kid and i very enjoy. the hotel location very near the jonker walk. the best hotel with swimming pool,sauna,gym. we try it all.will come back when go melaka

酒店服務好，到店有四杯冷飲贈送，非常解渴，有免費停車，早餐一般，不過量夠，離雞場街有段距離，晚上行完雞場街可以搭三輪車回酒店，大概三十元馬幣

This is my 2nd time staying here, which is 6 months later after my 1st stay experience here. Everything was as good as my previous trip and in fact i saw some improvement which makes this trip even a better one. Hotel is centrally located in Malacca city center, which is 8mins walk from Mahkota Parade. Plenty of parking lot with 24hrs security looking after your vehicles. Excellent service from the moment we arrived the hotel's parking lot till we completed our stay and check out. Staff are professional, very attentive to guest and always greet the guest with a smile. Room is spacious, clean and bright. In-room WiFi is strong which makes 'working in room' easy without any internet disruption. Bathtub comes with a laptop holders and hotel provides bath salt for guest to have a good soak. Bed and pillows are very comfortable to rest. Breakfast buffet spread is limited but foods are fresh and good enough to fill the guests' hungry stomach in the morning. The staff will ensure all the foods are refill and enough to serve all the guests. Overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay here... We will definitely be back again with more friends and family. Keep up the good work and standard to continue provided the best hospitality experiences to your guests!!!

The room is specious. Fully carpet. Easy parking. Security guard very good and helpful. Bfast can do better. With come again for the room, location, parking n good security guard service.

Service excellent from all the staff. The doorman is so welcoming and open the door with a lovely smile. Staff are polite and we'll trained. We are given a connecting room and the kids next door are so hyper and noisy late into the night. As the soundproofing for the connecting door is not good, it's very annoying. The water leaking sound from above can be heard throughout the whole stay. Not sure what causes it though. Overall a good stay . A la carte breakfast is good too.

It is located at strategic place and easy to access to jonker street, shopping mall and for food hunt too.
