A little dated but very clean and great staff. No life if you are on the 1st floor so cases must be lugged up stairs. Great breakfast is included in the morning.

The people were very friendly and helpful. There is one thing that I believe needs to be addressed and it’s that the bathtubs were peeling and had rust stops. They need to be replaced. This is NOT on the housekeeping team. There is also some mold in the grout near the tub that needs a proper cleaning or replacement

Love it here it is the best!! beds are comfortable as heck and all we need is a king bed and it will be excellent. Well its excellent every time anyway!! I've been at least three time we are about to book a room now!!! see you in June!! and august and maybe July

called the hotel at 12pm and 4pm and let them know i would be there between 12-1 am. when i pulled up at 1240 the woman working was just locking up even though the office closes at 12am. She would not have been there that late if she wasnt waiting for me to get there. i paid for the room and got screwed out of it. Now they will not do anything to fix it. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT stay there

Great rooms really spacious clean and well stocked loved the court yard with the fire pit beautiful and well kept up with well worth the price and the staff was very kind

You need to put some kind of lighting over the sink in the kitchen area, also grab bars and non slip surfaces in the bathtubs. We have been staying there since you first opened and we keep coming back. Breakfasts are excellent as well as the staff. Thanks again!

This is our 6th year staying here for an extended winter stay. The room is exactly what we need for an extended winter stay. The property offers lovely outside areas for socializing. It's a very unique property that feels much like a resort at a fabulous price. The staff at the property continues to be exceptional from Jennifer the asst manager to the breakfast staff, front desk staff, housekeeping staff.... (however Evelyn and Tammy are the queens of housekeeping) .....to the maintenance staff...... (both Pedro's) working hard to continue to service guests and maintain a highly used property. I hope the PAC group will continue to invest in keeping this property at a high level of maintenance. The only negatives have nothing to do with staff or property owners, its the lack of respect guests give to the property and others staying here. We look forward to our return stay next winter! Every year we add a few more weeks.

This is such a great place to stay. Big spacious clean rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have security at night so no riff raff hanging around. There's a fire pit and small gym as well.

The room was nice, clean, and it was nice having basically a 2 room apartment. The beds were a good size and the couch with hindrances hide-a-bed was a good size as well. The mini kitchen was a good size, but only had a microwave and fridge.

Our suite was near the reception, many people walked around so it was rather busy. The suite is big, with 2 bathrooms , il is very convenient when we are 4 persons. The breakfast is correct, it wonderful but complete. Moreover, there is a nice swimming pool!
