Luxury Beachside OASIS with Private Pool - Steps to private beach & restaurants

Property description is listed accurately. The house is a wonderful, spacious older home with so much character. The bedrooms are separated which make it nice for a family with adult children and/or friends meeting together. The pool is wonderful and the walk to the beach is easy and has very few people on that area of the beach. This was our family's second stay at this house and we would stay again.

Home away from home perfectly describes this vacation oasis! Our family enjoyed the very short walk to the beach, with all the included necessities right in the garage. Perfect kitchen for cooking and grilling out. Wonderful screened in porch for our morning coffee. The pool was our favorite spot to be - very relaxing & quiet. We’ll be back for sure.

This property was our home away from home for over a week. There was plenty of room for our entire family, so that we could each have our own space.It had everything we needed, and the host was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home away from home near beach nice pool all the things you need are there. There was even an infant life jacket that we needed to go on an airboat tour. The host is uber responsive to questions or requests. Would highly recommend

Clean home with all necessary amenities. Erica was very responsive to all questions. She allowed us a later check out due to our flight leaving in the evening. We enjoyed the location and local businesses. Melbourne Beach Market is awesome! Walking distance to anything you need. Highly recommend East Coast Fishing Charters and Captain Don. Lots of fun and enough fish caught for two meals for 5 people. We would love to return to the area in the future! Thank you Erica for making our stay the best possible family vacation!

It was a wonderful experience staying there. Very nice and some ways it was quirky (the home was originally built in 1947, as I was informed), but a lot of fun! Great neighborhood.

Lovely place The house was beautiful. Great location and very close to the beach. Our family made ever lasting memories that will never be forgotten. We enjoyed our time and stay. The only thing we weren't happy with was that we found the house to be dirty when we arrived. There were fingerprints and smudges all over the windows, mirrors, refrigerator, and doors. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets that were put away with food stuck all over them (hadnt been washed at all). Needless to say i spent the first hour cleaning the house because i was grossed out. The microwave vent grill fell off when we tried to use it, wouldn't go back on. It was also challenging to cook dinner there, not very many pots and pans and glasses to drink from. We had to buy bowls, tupperware, and drinking glasses. We left the bowls and Tupperware for future guests. We also had to buy coat hangers because there were only 5 in each room. We also left those for future guests. The pool is really small, looks bigger in photos. Because the pool is small it stays really hot, like warm bath water, therefore it wasn't refreshing to swim in at all, was too hot! I think the owner should put more thought into the cleanliness of the home and families that are staying for more than a week. Overall it was a nice place.
