The hotel was great. Front Desk Staff friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. But, I had attempted to telephone the hotel to advise them that there would be a late check in. I was told that I had to contact ********** in order to change my reservation. Really, a notification was a reservation change? I then left my family and drove ten minutes to the hotel. Front Desk apologized for the interruption with my family, and allowed me to check in early. It appears that "back office" support is lacking.
