Just returned from a lovely week, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, the whole place is kept beautifully clean, there are plenty of sun beds, the only area that gets really full is by the infinity pool. The food was great and there’s something for everyone, we used the app to book the themed restaurants which apart from the gourmet one are also buffet style but much smaller so a far nicer experience than the main buffet restaurant. We would definitely recommend and return.

Just returned from a 2 wk stay at this AI hotel. We are very familiar with the Riu brand having used them across the world for many years, so knew what to expect. However, the service here went beyond our expectations. We didn't come across one member of staff that wasn't happy, polite and helpful towards us. The staff are a real credit to this hotel. The food was delicious wherever we ate. A HUGE thank you especially to the chef in the Grill Al a carte who cooked us on request blue steaks every time to perfection. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every day. The bar waiters would remember drinks we liked. The gardens were tendered daily and looked beautiful. Fantastic views from the roof terrace and lunchtime restaurant. The only let down for us was that the buffet restaurant wasn't fully undercover in any part of it and became a little chilly whilst eating our evening meals. Overall, an excellent experience at this hotel.

This is another visit to this hotel. We love it. I use a mobility scooter, the hotel is perfect. Everything about it is brilliant. Food, staff, facilities, location, entertainment. Loved the white party and dukes band. We will visit next year for sure. Big shout out to the waitress at breakfast in the Italian restaurant (outside terrace). Seating a family of 12 is not easy. So patient with my niece who is only two, thankyou.

The 2023 refurb of the hotel is great, and I really can't find fault with anything. Rooms are clean, modern and adequately spacious. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Plenty of pool and lounger options with no "6am" scramble. Food is good and varied, the fresh fish really impressed this time around. The proximity to the waterfront is also a real bonus.

We are currently staying here, it's our first visit, and the hotel is spotless. The staff are friendly + courteous and we will definitely be visiting again. The adult only infinity pool is great, what a view, the only downside being that some guests think its ok to come in this area with children?? Also, small tables at the sunloungers would be good to save having to put your drinks on the ground. Plenty of different places to eat with a good selection. The coffee bar being open until 11pm is excellent and there is a good selection of drinks at the bars. The grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate Our room is lovely and is at quieter side of hotel away from entertainment area. The noise from this always finishes at 11pm, so that's not a problem for us. The quality of the shows is actually very good. Looking forward to our next visit
