The hotel is poorly run with incompetent management and rude staff. They lied to our faces and said ******* sent the wrong room type and gave us a king room instead of a double room. We had no choice other than to purchase another room after a long day of travel. There is major construction going on all day. There is no working TV in rooms. When we inquired with maintenance he said there was nothing they could do and it’s been like this for a while. There was food and crumbs in the sofa bed. It had clearly not been cleaned or vacuumed. The walls are paper thin with no insulation. You can hear everything. There was no hot water the first night. The second day we finally got hot water but you have to let the water run for at least twenty minutes. Like the water has to travel from the hot water tank on the first floor. Unacceptable! Our fire alarm went off in our room in the middle of the night. They have no maintenance staff on duty overnight in a hotel that has over 100 rooms! Front desk girl said she could refund us but we had to leave right then so that they could get it ready for the next guest. Their manager’s reception was horrible with the cheapest wine, old cheese and stale crackers, and bagged snacks like chips and cookies that you would pack in your kid’s lunch box. With all that transpired, manager said she would refund us in full for one of the rooms upon checking out. When we checked out, she lied again and said she would only refund one night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

My last stay wasn’t well the staff was rude this stay the customer service improved however the last day my room door would not lock and honestly I didn’t want to waste my last day resting having a stranger in my room try to fix the door. However the placement of certain items were off body wash and shampoo was missing. I was also charge a holding fee which I wasn’t charged a month ago. Which was no problem just a issue with inconsistency. The pool and gym were still closed even though the last stay we were told it would be opened in January. (We were told this NYE) I guess with the renovations going on hopefully things improve soon to match the pricing of what i am paying

The property was well maintained. The location was good as it was close to Graceland and there were several options for dining and drinks. Unfortunately, there was a situation with a suspect at large and we were advised to stay in. ( grateful for the info)

This hotel is being remodeled, so loud that you can't have a converstation without raising your voice. pool closed. Very dirty/dusty due to the remodel. It will be lovely when completed but I should have been made aware of the process when I purchased the rooms. Staff was great.

Food was great. Was not told that there would be construction going on. Construction crew started work at 7 AM in the room next-door, which included hammering and other work.

The staff was wonderful. Construction was ongoing at the hotel, but the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet included an omelet bar with cooks making them to order with ingredients we choose. The experience was surprisingly pleasant.

Was put in a room with no working air unit and then told that all other rooms were booked so they couldn’t move us!

Properties under renovation and lots of issues. Limited parking. Shower faucet was broken. Only one elevator working. Kept running out of things on breakfast bar. It may get better after renovations, but know there are some issues right now.

We stayed here some years ago, and it didn’t match the memories. The hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishment, but this didn’t affect our stay. We arrived on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, so the hotel was quite busy. However, they only had one person on the front desk, and a line of guests waiting to check in, trailing across the lobby. Although there were fresh towels in the room, it did not appear to have been serviced in any other way. Hilton properties expect you to know that they no longer service rooms except by request (which I had forgotten), so it was only on our return to the room ahead of our second night that we realized that there was no spare roll of toilet paper in the room. Things were rectified as part of the requested service the following day. The complimentary breakfast buffet was reasonable (and the made to order omlette was good). Bizarrely, on the Friday they had no milk for either cereal or drinking. This stay fulfilled its purpose of somewhere to put our heads down while visiting family for Thanksgiving. But nothing made me want to hurry back.
